Try out Xposed GEL settings module
http://repo.xposed.info/module/de.theknut.xposedgelsettings
I don't think you can disable that kind of page effect
But if you try other launcher, you will not face that thing

U WOT M8?
Sense 6 Toolbox. That's it.
For the record XVolume doesn't work right. It adds the volume steps but doesn't actually offer the increments. So now it takes three clicks instead of one to switch audio levels. Using for V4A for now.
EDIT: Has anyone found a way to decrease the height of the navbar? GravityBox bugs out and keeps the back key large.
Advanced power menu
GravityBox
Rootcloak
Sense 6 Toolbox
Greenify
Gravity Box
I thought GB was AOSP ROMs only?

[Q] Navigation Bar

Is there a way to get the nav bar to be transparent in all apps?
Xposed will get you there along with g3 tweakbox, youll run into some ugly screens though. Some apps aren't set up for it so you will get weird gray strips at top and bottom, I prefer to go matching

I'm running stock Lollipop 5.0.1 on my Nexus 5

Solved. Turns out GravityBox had hidden them all after an update.
So you weren't running stock lollipop

I am and still am running stock. The xposed module turned itself on after an update. It usually stays unloaded.

In future I suggest you that you to write down: I'm running stock with Xposed. It would be helpful for helpers.
