Hello , i rooted my i8200L with VRoot this is a model from Latin America , Build:i8200LUBUANA4.
I tried to root with the english version of VRoot 1.7.3.4863 but don't work then i tried de Chinese version of VRoot(1.7.6.5899) you can google it and enter the official page of VRoot , just press the download icon and install it , activate the debug in developer options and follow the steps to root your phone , this is the only metod to root it because i tried everything , Unified Android Toolkit also doesn't work too , don't try it will install a custom recovery and your phone will not boot and you have to flash the stock recovery , i say this to you because i tried too and i though that i bricked my phone (Sorry for my bad english , i'm from Costa Rica)
Good luck. Check in my posts i made a tutorial to root this phone

Sorry! The title was meant to say: 'U8950N-51'
I recently a Huawei Ascend G600, and the internet has listed root methods for the U8950D (Chinese Phone)
Would the root method work on this too (Asia Pacific Model)? Or will that blow it up?

If it works for your device let me know. I'll updated the Verified List.

The HUAWEI U8950N-51 model is supposed to be the US and Australian model but only has a single English (US) language/region selection.
FIRST TIP
This English language/region limitation can be overcome by installing an app called "Language Enabler" which will allows you to select the ENGLISH language within your region/country and thus ensure the phone works correctly for your country.
SECOND TIP
You can easily ROOT any of the Huawei G600 and most all Huawei phones by downloading and installing "Kingo Android Root" onto your computer.
Best of all Kingo can also UNROOT the phone as well
A simple mathord of Rooting for any Android based device -
Using - Framaroot App
Steps :
1. Download Framaroot
2. Run, choose Superuser or SuperSU
3. Select Boromir or another character
4. You will see
5. Reboot device
6. Root- installed

I feel sorry for you because you are mistaken if you consider me responsible for this inconveniant I consider normal for someone who wants the cake and eat it too.
What you do not contact the creator of the program?
Anyway your softbrik is not a serious thing, you can reanimate your tablet anyway.
Thank you not to take people from cowboy for you
I have Samsung Galaxy tab3 SM-t211 running on Android 4.1.2.
I rooted it through Kingo ROOT app,
it got succeeded just in first attempt.
After rooting I am not able to update my Android version to Kitkat through "Settings---About device--- Software Update--- Update", but it was not as issue bcoz I was satisfied with Jellybean. The main problem is that, after 2 days of rooting when I checked the root status through Root checker app, it was saying "Sorry! Root access is not properly installed in this device ".
After too much attempts I factory reset my Tab and tried to root again using Kingo Root App.
but this time only processing is going on but nothing is happening.
I tried almost all available apps for rooting , but still the problem is not fixed.
Kindly help.

Did anyone try to root his ascend mate 7 with one of the popular rooting programs,
like Genius root, Framaroot, Towelroot, Kingo root or anything else?
And which model number is your mate 7?

I used KingRoot with B137,then had the OTA for B145,installed it, and i'm still root

Thanks.
I tried on my PC a few times with Kingo Root ver 1.04 but it kept stalling at about 30 % after 10 to 15 minutes so I gave up. I also had error and no root from the downloaded APK on my phone.
I tried again after email response from the devs, and also after "allowing mock locations". Not sure if that changed the outcome at all. Anyway, it worked.
I have a rooted Ascend Mate 7 thanks to Kingo. Woo hoo. I can finally put Open Camera on it and save pics to my SD card.
Big thanks to XDA forums too for all the tips and tricks.

Similar problem
Hey Mate,
I got a Huwaei GX1s (Huwaei SC-UL 10) smartphone from China. I changed the language to English now all the apps in the menu are in English but when i entered the installed apps and apps downloaded form apps store already present in the mobile, they all open in Chinese language.
I tried to Google Translate but it doesn't install and also the phone does not open the Google Play store. How can I solve this problem...Please any suggestions and help.
Does Rooting solve the above problem. Seems like you have the same problem have you fixed it in your mobile??
Yes kingo works. It worked for on B123 not on 130..loses rights on restart.

You need to downgrade the last firmware I failed was b130 so rolled back to 123 rooted via kingo and replaced supersu also unlocked the boothloader and installed kangvipcwm and xposed recently. All seems to work well. Also, I used the latest kingo version off the website. You might have to try 2-3 times until it suceeds.

I did the same for my nexus4 and old samsung s advance.
There is an english guide to do this with the Huawei G620s?

Many thanks.
But I'm also looking for something I can follow up in the time.
My fear is that I miss something using the translator.
In the linked thread they say to send a mail to Huawei and asking for the unlock code: is the first time I read about this procedure, is it really used?
EDIT:
I asked in the forum but they want to use only Spanish in the messages so is quite useless for me
Why is so rare this device?
Hello,
I have the Huawei G620S too, and I also want to unlock (for root) my bootloader.
I asked by mail the unlock code, we'll se. But, I think that's weird... for all my last phones, the unlock code was sending by an official website.
I received the 2 unlock code I request for the 2 g620s I bought in 15 minutes.
Check that you sent the mail with the exact subject written in the spanish forum.
Is the first time I used the unlock code: for my nexus4 and my girlfriend samsung galaxy s adavance I rooted and installe custom recovery without unlock code.

I found that also, and I had to root my phone, becasue the hungarian T-Moble installed so much junk to this phone, and the phone always played t-mobile boot up / shut down notification with full volume...so.
But I have a problem. I'm just wondering, how can I relock the bootloader. I wrote the exact error message that I got yesterday, when I tried to relock an unrooted-untouched system.
Code:
fastboot oem relock myunlockcode
...
FAILED (remote: root type is risk
)
finished. Total time: 0.035s
The spanish forum said, that the process can reversable with this command, but I can't do it .
