Unlock DS to all networks? - HTC Desire S

Hello everyone.
I would like to know how to unlock DS to all networks.
I am running stock firmware 2.3.5., locked bootloader, S-ON.
I have been browsing the forums but did not quite understand everything.
Do I have just to S-OFF my device? If so, can you give me a link or explain it here?
Thanks in advance!

Use search on XDA Developers.Really helps.
Read this.
S-OFF won't help.
There's no way you can unlock network by yourself.Only if you know some real hacking. XTC clip or some other way still do that trick.Maybe to ask your network provider or go to mob shop and ask them to unlock. You will probably need to pay.

[Q] Debranding on rooted branded DHD

Hi all,
I've recently got myself a DHD branded to 3 australia. As i'm very new to android, i tried to get some more info regarding debranding & rooting the device on xda and google, but yet i didn't couldn't get a definite answer.
I'm aware the visionary r12 gives us a temp and permroot. My question is, if i just want to debrand my DHD to an official WWE rom, do i need to do anything else like making goldcard beside getting a perm root??? or do i need to get s-off as well?
Sorry for the noob question but i really appreciate if someone could explain the process in a bit more details. thanks so much for your help. cheers jeff

[Q] Unlocking HTC Sensation Bootloader

Hello there,
i would like to ask about boot-loader unlock by HTCDev, what is this and what I will get with this process? is this similar to S-OFF? Dose it provide root access? Am I able to have root with simple procedure after unlock? What are alternatives?
Thanks in advance.
Best regards,
m.hamadeh

You are lazy.
No you will not obtain root.
No you will not have S-Off.
Yes, you will be able to run specific tools to obtain S-Off.

my same problem .. if you can let me know
Try skanob's, AFAIK its the only one that works for your hboot version.
thanks but I have question - is there temp root for ICS RUU? I dont want to unlock bootloader and loose warranty
No, there is no way to downgrade hboot 2.02.xxx without unlocking the bootloader (and losing warranty).
can you give me link to flashable superuser?

Do as suggested and READ. All the information you need is out there and people are getting more and more fed up with the same questions being posted every three days just because people are too lazy to look for themselves.

[Q][S3][IDEA] Can someone modify firmware.zip for downgrading hboot?

Is it possible to modify the .zip that update the hboot to 3.01 [link] in order to downgrade it? JB isn't so polished, so I want to come back to ICS. When I was on 4.0 the phone didn't heat like it is doing now on 4.1. I would do it on myself, but I don't have the knowledge. Please, help the C2 owners!
It is impossible
I can't believe there is no one able on this forum to do it! I searched a little and I discovered that all starts with S-OFF. I emailed to htcdev.com and this is the response
Mr. *** to unlock the security on your phone, you can do it from our developer site www.htcdev.com were you should create an account and following the steps/tutorial for unlocking the bootloader in order to have the S-OFF on your phone. Kindly be informed that unlocking the bootloader will cancel the phone warranty.

. I think that the devs who made it on S4 can made it here too!
the dev site wont give you S-off (who told you that?), and there for no downgrade possible.
it will only unlock bootloader
ok
Ok. I realised that. But if the devs could done it on S4, why is so tricky on the S3?! Or there is not so much interest in doing it?

[Q] Locked Bootloader ROMS

Hi,
First of all i would like to apologize to everyone on this section since i am really not good with sony.
So i have a device which has a locked bootloader that cannot be unlocked. As the title says i am looking for custom roms or rooted roms with bootloader locked. As much as possible i have searched the development thread but cant find any.
So can anyone give me a link or something of a recommended rom for locked bootloader?
Thanks

As far as i know, that i've observed here, Revolution HD is the most popular (the one made by yash989)
Being stuck to locked bootloader sucks, my friend's SP is locked by carrier. i understand the feeling :/
