[Q] Htc One X display problem - AT&T, Rogers HTC One X, Telstra One XL

I have a htc one x and had some problems with the wifi. I saw a video on youtube that if you put presure right under the camera the wifi signal will be stronger. So far so good. But afer a couple of days it start having some problems.. the screen turns black( but the perfectly works, only the screen doesn't work). The weird think is that i put presure again right under the camera the screen start working again. I've change the display but keep doing the same problem. Some advice ??

Do you have the HTC One X (Endeavoru) or the HTC One XL / at&t One X (Evita)?

How can i tell wich one is ? I don't know if it counts but the model is S720e.

You have the HTC One X (Endeavoru) which means you're in the wrong forum, this is the HTC One XL forum.

More than likely no. I have both but I'm a little against taking my one x+ apart to find out
Slithered from my HTC One X+

Go for it! With reading comprehension like that what could possibly go wrong

One X and one X+ have same housing. Only a strip of protruding plastic will need to be shaven off on the one x to fit on a one x+. I've done it.
Also, where can I find OEM housing for one x+? I rather have the one x+ housing as well.

hmm so your saying this would work? http://www.ebay.com/itm/Battery-Bac...895?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3cce1b0c5f mind sharing where that strip is located?
If anyone braves it mind sharing a video and pictures? I LOVE the X+'s housing and the feel

Htc sensation romd for XL

Hey
i just found a HTC Sensation XL for cheap
And my question is can i use htc sensation roms on it?
Sent from my beautifull HTC ONE M7 oh no my bad sent from my HTC Wildfire :-/
Nope, that'll brick it.
Stick to XL AD roms, if you force it in, worse to worst would be a hardbrick.
there's a section exclusive for HTC Sensation XL. That alone should answer your question I'd say find a shiny XL rom over there

[Q] HTC one X - proximity sensor - battery - heating

HTC one X
Hi
I need help...!
I have a HTC one X, about a year old.
The proximity sensor is constantly on (until the phone dies), Phone is totally over heating and the battery lasts probably around an hour or so.
I have reset to factory a couple of times now with no avail.
Anyone any ideas..?
Have you tried running an RUU? Just to be clear, which phone do you have? Evita or Endeavor?

HTC one X - proximity sensor - battery - heating
If I'm being honest i don't know much about the terminology nor the phone
I think is HTC Endeavor.. realised in the UK
I'd would however appreciate any help
If you do in fact have the Endeavor, you're asking in the wrong place. This is the One XL (Evita) forum, but you can find the One X forum here.

I thought the title said AT&T, Rogers HTC One X and Telestra HTC One XL? Or was I mistaken?
I was looking through this because I assumed it included specifically the AT&T HTC One X?
Edit: Nevermind, I understand the difference now. Dual core and Quad core. Sorry, overlooked that.

No page for HTC One XL

Has anyone noticed that there doesn't seem to be any page for HTC One XL codename Evita, unlike all the other phones. HTc One, One X, One X+ etc all have their own pages
