KD8DNS works for AT&T, so I doubt it. Also, he's never been wrong in the past.

This is the most solid thing we've seen regarding the Fuze to date. Fake? I highly doubt it. But all things are subject to change when it comes to AT&T so we're just patiently playing the waiting game. And trying to convince our significant others that the phone isn't just a new toy to support my tech obsession, it's an investment

It confirms the already solid evidence we had for the 11th, the email that was leaked.

Those accessories are just universal crap ones I.E. micro sd, bluetooth, etc etc. There is a silicone one that will be avail. But I have seen pics of it yet.
And if you think its fake thats fine, I guess my internal AT&T intranet is fake as well. If if you want to call me fake then ill delete my post and never give out inside info again!

Thanks D8DNS!!! I have a very good relationship with the manager at the retail store by my office. He confirmed the 11th date and there are 4 on a truck on the way to his store from Memphis and should arrive Monday. He said he will give me a call probably late Monday morning to come in and pick up my Fuze!!! Goodbye iPhoney!!! Welcome back Winmo and the awesome peeps on XDA Devs who will make my Fuze run like a raped ape.... Hopefully

I've seen it like 20+ times, so I knew the line as soon as I read it.

Vainworks stand

Has anyone tried this? I wish the fascinate had a front facing camera and this seems like the only alternative. Any thoughts?

This is Phil Farrand. I invented the Vainworks Stand. I think the Facinate is the same thing as the Galaxy S from AT&T (Wouldn't it be nice if cell phone manufacturers just call the same phone the same name?! ;-)
Anyways, I have tested the Galaxy S from AT&T and included the results on the full Compatibility Chart. Just go to the site, scroll to the bottom and click on the link that says "Click here for more phones and info." (xda won't let me put in a link because I'm new.)
As I recall, the Galaxy S worked pretty well!
I only opened for business last Sunday night (Jan 2, 2011) so there aren't many Stands out there yet. (Vainworks is a small operation. It's just me! No big advertising dollars. No angel invester. But... it's like an epic! So, this should be interesting. ;-)

The Fascinate is a little different than the Captivate, but probably not enough so to be an issue. After reading a bit about this product and who and how it is being produced, I would like to pick one up to test with the Fascinate and write a review. Did anybody out there see the release image that Samsung put out with the phone barely peeking out of the shadow? Check this link out it shows that image as well as a leaked video of a phone that could possibly be the S IV. The top of it certainly matches the leaked shadowed image from Samsung...
What do yall think? Looks just like the S III to me....

The stick thread has had 3 posts total in the last month. It only hinders discussion of other devices. I've had to go to other forums to discuss new devices as of late.

Very interested in this device, but not sure if I'll grab myself one. I'm pretty satisfied with the GS3. I think maybe, if it sports a large battery and Sprint's future bands (LTE 800/2600), I'd consider it but I honestly see it not support SVDO and it only being LTE 1900.

I mean partial as in you'll get to see it and see some functionality...but theyre probably not gonna show everything

Honestly, I'm sad to say but I think Samsung maybe Apple us with the new SIV. It looks the same (just a bigger screen) and basically all the same stuff besides a slightly better camera, GPU, processor, battery and a bigger screen. That's really it though. S4 users coming from the S3 probably won't even realize those differences I mentioned. Kinda sux, which is why I'll be waiting for the Note III or GSV.

Its my understanding that the bands can be switched out on the 3g model. Can someone tell me where to buy bands?

How to know before buying new out-the-box S6 if it has Sony or Samsung camera sensor?

Hi,
I'm saying good bye to my trusty old S4 today & buying a brand new S6 (920F) out the box. Did some research on S6 last night & discovered that some models ship with a Sony camera sensor (superior) and some with Samsung camera sensor (inferior).
I read that those manufactured in Korea are more likely to have the Sony sensor as opposed to those made in Vietnam which are more likely to have the Samsung sensor. It should state on the box in which country it was made, right?
Can anyone confirm this or advise otherwise?

And you're better off with the new HTC 10 or you could always wait for Nexus 2016.

I'm picking the S6 up for cheap on a contract. Nexus has very little features compared to <insert manufacturer> in general & doesn't get sold in my country. HTC has no support in my country and is terribly over priced too!
I'm happy with an "old" Samsung Galaxy S6 and (for all its shortcomings) I will mod it till it's perfect.
So you say it's impossible to determine beforehand which camera sensor I'll be getting just by looking at the box and seeing where it was manufactured? Life certainly is a box of chocolates! :laugh:
But on the contrary, I always believe "impossible is none" - just ask Nike!

My S6 has the ISOCELL sensor. I do not experience any problems with it. You need not worry about it.
