Great find! I don't think anything is going to steal my heart away from the MIUI music player, but I'll be glad to try this out

[Feature Request][Complete] A-B Repeat/Loop Function

I would really like to see an option in settings where you can enable loop points on the player interface. Pretty much the same function as VLC has but on android. Hope this idea sticks.

Playing rmvb files in MX Player

Just want to know if MX Player can play rmvb files? Or is there any codecs shall I download and install before playing rmvb files? Thanks,

The app was able to play a .rmvb file I've downloaded from http://users.wfu.edu/yipcw/atg/vid/ using SW decoder. It is a Real Video 9 file.

play media links - problem

Hi.
I have a question about "Play media links" function.

It works fine when I encounter mkv videos.
In this case, I see a pop up to choose the desired app. I click on mx player (when I want to watch online) or other app (when I want to download).
However, when I encounter mp4 videos, there is no pop up, mx player starts as a default app and I can't open the link with other app.
Why is that? I don't know how it works with other extensions.
Anyway, I'd like to see this pop up every time not just with mkv videos.
Can you make this possible?

Continue playing while using a different app

Hello, is it possible to continue playback of a video while I am working in another app? I swear I saw that setting somewhere and I have used MX Player previously and I believe that it did that at that time. I don't know if Android has made a change or MX Player but it is really essential I have that capability to hear the sound even when I am working Elsewhere on my phone.

It's resizable.
If you have the gestures enabled, instead of the bottom bar, you will need to press the pip button or the android gear settings in order to use it.
