I believe this is the first custom rom out for the G Pro 2. Works on the F350 and D838. All you need is a rooted device.
Based of latest D838 V10D firmware
Stock LG Boot logo. No SK Telecom, Olleh or U+ boot logos
Unbranded
No Korean text anywhere!
pre-rooted. Optimized rom for better (lower) memory use.
Speed tweaks.
Battery tweaks
Menu UI height reduced by 50%
No SMS limit
Removed Korean audio files.
Added Note 3 sound library.
Download and installation instructions
Doesn't work on D838, as root is needed for this flashing process to work, and there is no root for the D838 currently

How did you brick it? I flashed this no issues. You just have to go slwo step by step. It will just be a softbrick, boot.img will be intact. Download mode: Remove the battery or power of the phone. Hold volume up while inserting your USB cable that is connected to your PC.

*** This MOD is used for CN Mod V2 only ***
Unzip all the 7z and you will get below folders.
Connect the G Pro 2 with USB debug mode on, open the folder (A-I) and
execute .bat file, and your G Pro 2 will reboot after done.
You can also preview the battery icon first by opening the png file.
You can flash back to original style by flashing "原版电量".
Hope this help.

Thanks to the moderators for the new Moto G forum!
Until we have finally root and/or custom recovery, here is the dump of the /system/app and /system/framework folders, already deodexed and ready for modding and theming.
This is the stock factory ROM 14.71.8.falcon_umts.Retail.en.DE, which the devices are shipped in germany/europe.
[edit] the right build number is 14.10.0Q3.X-76-LGG-8, sorry for the confusion.

Enjoy!
Thanks! Here is all the extracted system dump so that you don`t have to download the entire thing incase anyone needs it

Well, do you know what you are doing?
If not so, I won't like to give you an advice because you may brick your phone if you do something wrong.
You can enter fastboot with Power+VolDown. You don't need root, but an unlocked bootloader.
How about root?

There is a custom recovery now, so you need an unlocked BL, flash the recovery, flash superuser and enjoy you can also test the countless exploits or one click rooting methods, like vroot or kingoo or whatever they are called.

Boot to fastboot, and select the last option in the list. Unless the last option is barcodes, then pick the second to last option. When the phone boots, RSD Lite will see it.

These are the options in the Moto G bootloader:
Code:
Normal Powerup
Recovery
Factory
Switch Console [NULL: null]
Barcodes
BP Tools

The last option "BP Tools" reboots the device to Android, but with a whole bunch of new devices detected in Windows Device Manager.
Manually add drivers for the new "Motorola QC Diag interface" device. These drivers are in the motorola driver package: http://www.mymotocast.com/download/MDM?platform=windows
The driver is the "Motorola QC Diag Port", Windows did NOT detect this, I had to go through the 'let me choose a driver' dialog. Finally the Moto G is detected in RSD Lite.
That's it, BP Tools at the end. I selected it wondering what it was and lo and behold, RSD Lite suddenly recognised the phone (I had left it open).

LG 4.4.2 Stock Rom - Massively debloated, only has a few apps left. All LG features should work. Requires custom recovery. Do not flash AOSP or 4.2.2 kernels.
This includes my new updater script for kitkat so it actually has a /system folder instead of the system.img.
You can find the standalone updater script here. I believe it is the first created, every KK rom I've seen is not editable using a system.img. It took a few hours to create.
The kernel is stock but I made some small adjustments and toolchain fixes.
I have a custom kernel for this up in this forum.
Instructions.
Full wipe besides for internal storage
Flash Kitkat modem here (If you aren't already using it)
Flash Rom here (mirror soon, but not yet since I need to reupload)
Flash SuperSu here
If you get a "symlinks failed" (happens right away if system doesn't mount properly) reboot back into recovery re-wipe and flash again.
You are the man!?!?? I should have never left your lg 4.4 build. Flaked another and paid for it.
Thanks again doc!!

It will download if you go to the torrent file using a file explorer like estrongs. I don't know why it doesn't work the way it used to by just opening up after downloading the torrent file but at least your not totally screwed.

i've tried every single Kitkat rom I have get my hands on, followed the instructions to the letter and if I turn this screen off and turn it back on, its just lines. White lines or colored lines. Every single f*cking kitkat stock rom. I don't get it. i'm ready to throw the thing into the river.
I know its not your rom, and it works flawlessly as long as I don't turn off the screen.

This is probably one of the most confusing issues to me since everyone here has the same device, downgrading to the same exact partitions yet some people have these line issues which makes no sense to me at all. I've been trying to figure it out but its a pretty confusing issue, its not like we have different variants. We can maybe try upgrading tz and rpm partitions since they will work with this bootloader
The only thing complete stock has that this don't is the new partitions and I'm really not sure why it's causing issues for some people
Is anyone else having issues with the radio constantly losing connectivity, or am I the only one?

Hi friend
Hi, I'm using Google translator, so forgive errors.
I do not know if you know a little Spanish (help me more) I'm from Mexico, Mexicali Baja Califoria, to be exact.
I have a Droid Mini XT1030 and I had the same problem trying to give you root the phone. But I need the details to help you better. Send me a message with your detailed problem (The tutorial you were following the model of the mobile version of android, stuff) also steps you followed. I hope to be helpful.
today i try many methods.... now its give me a very small breath ... like 5 to 10 seconds... i see some messages like:
failed to hab check for gpt_mainx4e
cid read failure
invaild cid status 0x69
customer id error. contect dealer: oxdead
fastboot reason invalid cid.
In the zip file for the CrashXXL blbroke method, there is a batch file called Run_SBL.bat ... This should pull your phone out of Qualcomm mode. If you reboot and see the "M" logo you'll be able to get back into fastboot and reflash. As someone mentioned before, you'll need a factory cable if your battery is dead.

Or you can remove battery and connect to battery pins 3.7V from external power supply.

This phone doesn't have removable battery. Factory cable would be way easier.
