yes you can but you need TA backup (your DRM keys) created before unlocking

Track id not working after bootloader is unlocked? Anyone got it working on a play with an unlocked bootloader
Sent from my R800i using XDA Premium App
Erm... that's exactly it. TrackID depends on DRM certificates which get wiped with the bootloader lock.
Ah, is there a way of relocking without wiping my data?

Open ur dialer and insert:
*#*#7378423#*#*
Now Go to: servis info > configuration >
Now,
bootloader unlocked allow: yes = your bl is lock now.
Bootloader unlocked: yes = ur bl is unlocked now.

Hi!
Has anyone on this forum got a method on how to install clockwork mod recovery on locked bootloader.
You can install CWM on many other phones with locked bootloader like XPERIA Z etc.
So why not on XPERIA E.

Let me google that for you.
How do you unlock it? That depends on the manufacturer of your device, the device itself, and the carrier you've purchased the device from (if applicable).
I've already installed a custom rom and I don't think that I unlocked any bootloader soft of thing ???

it is not always necessary, it depends on your phone and the available methods to install roms.
