With this patches you can change your battery - remove the 3G / G items from android's bar.
CAUSION: These patches are made based on the S121 rom... you can try to install them on a different version BUT make a backup first!

- Backup your "LenovoSystemUI.apk" located in your "system"

Pretty simple battery % mod for the Virtuous Unity ROM for the myTouch 4G Slide. It's basic like a digital clock but I like it better than the modded battery icon because it's a lot easier to see. I can do whatever you want, and so can you really, the UOT kitchen is quite useful!
Instructions:
1. Download zip file HERE
2. Reboot into Recovery
3. Always nandroid backup - I'm not responsible for anything that happens to your device
4. Wipe cache and dalvik just to be safe
5. Install zip from sdcard - choose file
6. Reboot and enjoy!

Copy the Theme to: /sdcard/MIUI/theme/
Open Settings -> Themes -> Theme Settings -> Boot Animation -> Select MIUI Loading Bar
Shutdown the phone
Enter download mode
Flash the Bootlogo-Tar as PDA with ODIN
Let the phone reboot and have fun!

This mod allows you to view an increasing 1,070 battery types, from different users. With a single click, the battery will download and set itself on to the status bar.

Warning/Requirments:

2. Must Have a TWRP Recovery [3.0.2]

Bugs:I have not seen any so far.
Previous Bugs: Camera, GPS and Bluetooth (these bugs on other roms for ht16)
I'm aware of a bug that does not allow 2g internet stream but I think it's something in the kernel
Install:
1 - Download the file
2 - Open TWRP (if you not have download here and flash via SPFlashTool, DOCTORWHO is the password for extract)
3 - Advanced Swipe: ART, Cache, System and Data
4 - Install Zip
5 - Open the zip file
6 - Restart phone
7 - Enjoy!
