I figured it out: If your phone is pretending to be a Thunderbolt (via b_randon14's Triumph Tweak Mod), you can't use the front facing camera.
Why? Because the Thunderbolt doesn't have a front-facing camera!
I am rooted and removed the virgin bloatware and works with both cameras.

I started Using HDR Camera and if you want much better pictures then you have to have this app. if you dont know what HDR does it basically takes 3 pictures with different light settings.
one picture absorbs low light pictures.
another is just a regular light setting.
third one takes all high end light settings.
try it and let me know

You shouldnt be posting paid versions of apps.
Hdr camera is free....
Hdr camera+ is the paid version.
You should delete this.
