Desire sv has Ics 4.0.4 Rom. We weren't able to port any JB rom for Desire SV. Because HTC is not officially distribute the jelly bean rom to Desire Sv users, and we can't install any jb rom as desire sv has dual sim. But now, Htc Desire 500 has dual sim and it also has JB. Both desire sv and desire 500 has 400*800 resolution. Now, anyone can port jb rom to desire sv.
Who can do it?
