Hey, thanks for trying it out. Just released a fix to ensure that the app exits immediately on back button press.
Cheers mate.

Sure, no problem.
Great app!
If the app could be used under no internet connection, that would be much cooler!
Moreover, if there's an option to add rain/sea sounds like how RainingMood works then that will be great!
Anyway great app!

Hi, thanks for the feedback.
I'll be sure to add the ability to download tracks for offline listening, the reason it is currently online only is due to the fact that a lot of the tracks are ~10 minutes in duration so would use a considerable amount of device storage space to store locally.
Adding a greater variety of sounds with more user choice is definitely on the list.
Wow beautiful design man...going to use it later and tell you my experience.
OK used it while doing work. Nice. Low key. Make an in app purchase of removing ads, and maybe try and have some type of screen dimmer for those who use it to go to bed

Wonderful app indeed!!! Really surprised! A configurable sleep timer would be a really welcome addition!
Little question : how many tracks are available? Are they streamed each time or are they downloaded to the device for next time use?
Cheers AMD keep up the good work!!

Thanks for the kind words. I'm just about to publish an update with sleep timer support. There are around 30 tracks currently available with each ~10 minutes in duration. They are streamed each time.

Holo Wikipedia is a Wikipedia app built for Ice Cream Sandwich and Jelly Bean from the ground up. The app has a split action bar and useful functionality like easy sharing, search, language selection, full tablet support, favourite article and alot of useful settings like font size customization and volume scrolling. Holo Wikipedia can open links that are pressed in the browser so you'll be sure you're always using the app without even having to open it. The app is built with performence in mind without compromising with the features. The app compleatly free and there is no "Pro" version so all features are there right from the start.
Currently working on: Adding NFC features to enable article sharing

Update on the update:
NFC done, testing is due soon to make sure everything goes the way it should.
German support has been fixed.
Text to speech is currently working, will be english only for now though. Got a little but left but it shouldn't be any issues.
cannot seem to change themes thru the settings panel. when i restart the program the initial default theme is still being used.

Changing the settings does not affect the color of the text and the background so that's not whats being changed. The action bar is the only thing that's chaging color. Can you send me a screenshot with the Holo Blue theme activated and I'll see if you're using the theme.
here is the screenshot with holoblue selected and after a restart of the program...looks like default to me.
It looks great, but.. any chances of Gingerbread compatibility?

Probably not, pretty much the entire app would have to be rewritten in order to give it a action bar on Gingerbread devices and I have no experience doing so from earlier.

That's really weird, it's only one line of code really and there isn't any other way to do it. I tested it on my friends devices and everything worked great there. Are you possible using a theme chooser theme that overrides the normal themes?
A update has been released to Google Play, here is the changelog:
New version, 3.4!
Added support for NFC article sharing, some testing yet to be done but everything should be working fine.
Added support for Text To Speech, you can activate it in Settings-> Interface -> Use TTS. In order for Text To Speech to start you need togo to ->Menu -> Text To Speech.
Attempted to fix the desktop version on Galaxy Nexus bug, please send me feedback if it's still there.

Hey guys,
this is my first ever android app!
The app is called tapp down, and its an elegant speed tapping game that measures how many times you can tap the screen in a short amount of time. It’s a casual, quick, and addictive game.
I tried to implement "holo" and "flat" design principles, to give the user the best possible overall experience.
I would love it if you could take a look and give me some feedback, and suggestions for future updates.

Yeah, I'm was trying to think of a good animation for when the user taps the screen, but I didn't wan't it to be too distracting. The wave from paranoid android's halo feature sounds like an awesome idea, thanks!
Hello,
Tried your game today, nice and neat design : ) , what I would suggest:
1 - Remove the vibration on menu item touches, it is a bit weird since the inside game play has no vibration on clicks.
2 - The min SDK Level is 3.0, which is kinda weird for this game,it is not resource demanding so I was wondering why you chose 3.0 as min SDK
3 - Suggestion for a feature update, maybe add some overheat for touches, like a meter or something where the user must click as fast as possible but must not surpass a certain threshold
Hope It Helps : )

Yeah, I'll remove the haptic feedback on the buttons... haha
As for the minimum SDK level, I initially wanted to support Holo buttons, dialogs, etc (API 13). But, now that I'm using custom assets, I can definitely switch to a lower API Level (or use Sherlock).
Also, great suggestion, thanks!

Focal is a fully featured camera app looking to provide the most features on the most phones possible, including device-specific features on some devices.
This app is the official release from the ex-CyanogenMod app.
It features:
- A photo and video mode, supporting many features (burst mode, timer mode, scene mode, shutter speed on Sony devices, ...)
- A panorama mode, currently semi-broken
- A PicSphere mode, open-source replacement of Google's PhotoSphere, to do 360° sphere shots
- A review drawer, by sliding from the top of the screen (in portrait). It shows your latest pictures.
In photo mode, you also have access to a few tools, such as automatic picture enhancement (auto-awesome), or a rule of thirds overlay. On some devices, settings such as Color adjustment, HDR and a manual light measure point are also available. Double tapping the screen will put your in quick shot mode, where tapping the screen anywhere will take a picture.
In video mode, high-framerate video is also possible.
Tips:
- You can slide a widget's left handle to the right to close it
- You can swipe twice to temporarily hide open widgets, and swipe back to recover them
- You can pin widgets on your main screen
- You can scroll the sidebar
Notes:
- This app targets mostly phones, but should mostly work on tablets.
- It is fully open source (GPL), and the sources can be downloaded at https://github.com/xplodwild/android_packages_apps_Focal
- It is a BETA, which means you might encounter bugs and crashes. I'm mostly working on newer devices (Galaxy S3 and +), so older devices might encounter more issues than recent ones.
- I do this in my free time, and this is a free software. Instead of rating 1 star because there is a bug, you should do a constructive comment, or raise the issue to me on twitter, @XpLoDWilD. Or even better, fork the project and fix the problem
- Even if some parts of the app sucks for now, they'll improve over time.

Fellow XDA users: Most of you here use custom ROMs. It means you know a bit about Android, and how useful it is to submit logs. Either you can submit a logcat here, or at least please report the crash using the "Report" button, so I can see it on my Play Store console. WIthout that, I can't fix your bug. Thanks!

Well, the renamed version of Apollo it's free, the 1 dollar version has a built-in equalizer and a power consumpltion reduction (some friends helped me with this stuff). Anyway the pro version, not the free, isn't just a renamed version, you'll verify that at the release of Pure Audio 2. The mod and this app are correlated, and for enjoying the PureEQ you have to install my mod

It's really near the release
I need a tester!!
You must attack a free version APK or the XDA version due to some people not being able to access the play store in certain countries. Moderators said it like 20 billion times. I think those are the rules :good:
is Pure Audio Engine included in this relase or should we intall it

It's really subjective, anyway according to my testers and other users PureAudio is better than other euqalizer.
