[Q] [Xperia J] Replaced touch screen digitizer - Sony Xperia Miro, Tipo (Dual), J, E

My screen of my Xperia J broke after I dropped it so I replaced it with one I bought from ebay. Now the phone wont boot up.
When I press the power button it vibrates but xperia logo does not come.
Any Help?

You shouldn't do it by your self, if you not a fixer
May bring it to sony, or flash to stock

Nope, i think you cut or disconected the lcd wire, so nothing shows up. Its clearly a hardware problem.

[Q] HELP :( Rooted my phone & now it won't turn on

Hi everyone, I need some help.
I'm a beginner to all this and today I rooted my phone successfully without unlocking the bootloader. I followed this tutorial: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2302700
Everything was fine, until I tried to install some fonts from the ifonts app. I installed two without any problems, my phone restarted fine etc. But then when I tried to install the last one, my phone reset as it usually does but then just stays on the start screen with the multicoloured flowing waves.
I've tried to search for how to put it on safe mode but it doesn't even come up on my phone.
Please help, I don't know what I've done wrong
There seems to be some kind of issue with 4.0+ fonts, because on my old Galaxy Ace with 4.1 CM the situation was the same. After changing one font the phone got bootloopped.
For XL, I recommend "repairing" it with PC Companion. But be aware that it will erase all your data so if you want to save it you can try this SpeedyDroid thing to back it up. I haven't tested it so I can't tell you more.

I thought it may of been the actual font. Thank you for clarifying.
I did the Sony repair yesterday which fixed the problem.
Thanks for your reply xx

xperia l's only.. one thing in my device manager it shows a yelow triangle which may have been caused during the bootloader unlock process..it corrupted and it shows can't start device code 10..and also in flashtool since it didn't have xl i chose xperia z and then flashed the xperia l's firmware and all went well..but still stuck..i'm guessing something's wrong with drivers

There is one way go to fastboot mode and flash a stock based kernel then go to recovery and flash your stock rom, but it is only possible if there is a stock rom flashable zip for tipo users:thumbup:
