Install:
Put the attached file to your sdcard (update_1.zip) and flash it through CWM. This mod is for CM9 only! Tested on my Galaxy Sl running INFINITUM Rom. For questions, as usual, post in this thread
This mod is related to SystemUI.apk and framework-res.apk

Okay, i create theme for my mods )

@Fuss, I have reloaded ICS on my mobile and when i update with this zip the reoaded ICS settings are wiped off as both of it carry SystemUI.apk. Will it be possible to integrate both the apk in one.

@fuss, I have three requests:
1. Can you please update your cm9 rom with this multitasking enhancement.
2. Can you make flashing INFINITUM idiot proof single step flash (without alpha2)?
3. Can you put a clean wipe script in rom installer (making it idiot proof).

Try to make a FactoryReset and reflash the mod.
If its still not working please send me the logcat

It works fine on Motorola Defy CM9 as well, just modifying the updater script. I've only deleted the assert sentence and installed it.

Sense 4.0 is the best ui till now . Can't say future because Galaxy S3 can be better.

Android L Bootanimation [.qmg] All S4 variants with Stock or GPE ROM

Hi all,
This is the Android L Bootanimation in .qmg format.
Found in S5 forums and 100% working on S4 with Stock based roms.
it contains the Bootanimation, shutdownanimation and SamsungLoop animation.
it will overwrite your actual Bootanimation, so backup yours before flashing... just in case.
All I did is put it in a flashable zip to make life easier.

How to flash:
Boot into revovery (CWM, Philz, TWRP)
Flash the .zip
Reboot and Enjoy

if you have a custom recovery and using a stock based rom, you can give it a try..it should work.
Backup first..just in case something goes wrong.

No...as mentioned in OP..it's for stock based samsung roms only!
CM and GPE don't support .qmg files.

This needs enabling tablet UI which is Deeply removed by google in kitkat
There has been some efforts to enable it using code ports, read here:

this just works for some aosp roms and of course Touch wiz is not supported.

I'd like to have bottom toggles.

Try some rom. you can choose this bottom toggles ( same as alliance rom , audax etc)

The bottom toggles mod theme ? Yeah I've already tried it but it interfered with my full transparent theme so I took it off. Are you running Tweaked Rom 3.55 by any chance?

Its not work via custom recovery just copy past to directory system/priv-app/systemui/systemui.apk its only for lolipop touch wiz rom (android 5)

I have installed Vietnam leak on my N900 , will it work? and what is the procedure to install this? Just replace systemui.apk using root browser.?? and also later if i want to restore back to normal can i do it?

by any chance, did you find a way to remove the S Finder and Quick Connect shortcuts?

I am on a t mobile version and when i try to install it says xapp not installed. I set perissions to every different combo and still the same thing. does this not work with tmobile variant?? Also some instructions in the op would be great... thanks,

just delete the files manually but it should not go wrong, I unless your device has other modifications that are not compatible with my mod
