I believe that you also need the libraries.
HERE are all you need. It is a zip file for recovery. There are all the files and the root of them

I have ported Xperia Z call screen for Xperia J/E
Instructions:
1.Download the file from the link. and rename to Phone.apk.
"Phone_J for Xperia J / Phone_E for Xperia E".
2.Copy to /system/app (Replace old phone.apk)
3.Set permissions
4.Reboot.
5 Enjoy the Xperia Z call screen
6.Hit Thanks if you like my work!

Xperia J doesnt have permenant CWM support so most of the J users prefer to push apk into system/app/
But still i will make flashable zip for those who use swapping kernel method for CWM!
