I also installed (pushed on priv/app) WallpaperCropper and WallpaperPicker apk only bug that I find is that from touchwiz when you set a wallpaper you cant chose from gallery only stock wallpapers.we missing gallery and secsetinngs from S5

Mate, You rocked my Symbian + 5800 days! Core Files, UDA, ROFS2, ROFS3 Files, The Anna Icon Pack, JAF Unit, losing my RPL file after a downgrade from V50 to V40, Man I miss those glorious days. It is quite unfortunate that they couldn't keep up with what Android did to Mobiles.

Seem like Note3 KitKat is slightly different built compare to S4, S5 & N2 Kitkat built.
Anyway, got the s5 Launcher working on Note 3 ?
Credit: Thanks to @sfhkorea for logcat and testing.
Installation instruction:
1) TW 4.4.2 Rom (maybe works also on 4.3) and root required
2) Download the S5 Launcher apk at download section below
3) Download (optional) the PullUp apk, SecTheme apk, WallpaperPicker apk & Crop apk.
4) Delete old SecLauncher apk in your phone. (Make sure you have other third party launcher)
5) Reboot your phone
6) Push the S5 Launcher apk to your phone system/priv-app
7) Set permission rw-r--r--
8) Reboot again
Done.
Bugs:
1) S5 Launcher use WallpaperPicker to set wallpaper. But Note3 Gallery & SecSettings use old Wallpaper Chooser to set wallpaper. So is your choice which one you want to use to set wallpaper.

The icon pack is same as the flashaple zip that we were used to flash in recovery which has 2 files CSCAppResource.apk and CSCAppResource.xml... For WizIconizer it is not compulsory to have the file name as CSCAppResource ... you can name the apk and xml any name but should be same for both files....

it will scan the card/sd card? or the file should be located in a specific folder?
I copied the Icon pack Belle to the folder on the SD card (or it is should in rood directory?)
EDIT: in root directory copped, but in the app it is not visible
EDIT: even rebooted the device - BUT I do not see the pack in the Local tab

Bro...I am already mentioned you can copy the files anywhere in the sdcard or internal memory ... but you have to extract the zip file... then only it will show in the local tab.... extract the downloaded package

Sorry for the problem .... I was forget to add the READ / WRITE external directory permission ... It may be because of that ... If you copied the files in external storage it may be because of that... I updated the app with the permission fix ... please download and test again ... if still not working please mention your phone model and Android version .....

Thing To check Before Installing
1. Charge your phone’s battery upto 70-80 %.
2. Do enable the USB debugging (Settings > Developer options > USB debugging – Check Box).
3. Ensure that you have backed up your all important data.
4. Your phone must be rooted and CWM installed on it.
5. Download the below file to your computer.
How To Install
1] AFTER DOWNLOAD ROM AND COPY IT TO SD CARD
2] NOW BOOT TO CWM RECOVERY
3] CLICK ON WIPE DATA /FACTORT RESET [WAIT TILL IT FINISHED
4] NOW WIPE CACHE PARTION
5] INSTALL ZIP FROM SD CARD
NOW CHOSE ROM
6] INSTALL IT [WAIT TILL INSTALLATION IS COMPLETED]
7] NOW AFTER ROM IS INSTALLED
GO BACK TO CWM MAIN MENU
8] CLICK REBOOT SYSTEM NOW
9] FIRST BOOT WILL TAKE ABOUT 5 TO 10 MIN

2. Use this Note 5 launcher by @Albe95

Post these files in right folder as they are in this zip and set permission rwrr(644) for apk and xml file then reboot and install theme as normal apk

Dont flash just put the files in system/priv-apps and set correct permission either replace with old touchwiz launcher by renaming this or delete old one and paste this one dont forget to set correct permission

I have touchwizhome_zero.apk on my system-priv app sir..
So I must delete it and just replace with touchwizhome_2016.apk, or I must rename it first to touchwizhome_zero.apk sir?

Either delete the whole touchwiz_zero folder along with apk and paste touchwiz_2016 folder with apk or rename touchwiz_2016.apk to touchwiz_zero.apk and replace. Do set the correct permission for apk and folder
