Download Facebook app from market. Sns is just a plugin for this.

Select Only User APPS and Avoid system apps like samsung services and try ignoring it should work

No, it's not a problem. The Android ID is a randomly generated thing when you first boot the device. Normally, apps do not care about this ID, but some paid ones do lock onto a single ID so it cannot be shared by posting the APK.
This is an insanely outdated copy protection method though, as many people has more than one device (tablets), so you can just ignore it. Either press yes or no, it does not matter. If you're afraid to break anything, just say no to the restore.

Ics notifications

Is there any app through which we can turn off the notifications of apps I dont want any notification on statusbar plz help me

You can do it manually via settings/apps. go into each app and untick show notifications. Or u can use this app Click Here . I m not sure u googled properly
