Hello i have a huge problem , my status its stuck on a bootloop but i conect to my pc and the phone its not recognize i dont understan why , please helpm me !! Whent i on my phone apears the htc logo and then turn off , the problems its i dont have a sd card back up ...what can i do ??

hey , thanx i already give it up with the phone i try every thing but the have missing the CID and the ID FILES and i cant fixe that , if u have some way to do it please help me
