Would something like that be possible by editing the framework-res.apk?
Here's what the note 2 developers were able to do. Must be possible for the note 10.1. I wish I knew how to do stuff like this.

I think it was possible only when Samsung release the JB update for our Note..because the Note 2 coming out with JB as first firmware..
When Samsung will release JB i think that guide will be able to enable the same feature for us..

I use that systemui for a long time, and, reducing lcd density to 160 dpi, status bar appears down just like samsung tablets.
To avoid bootloops I suggest you do not use that policy.jar file.
Actually I use another systemui (look at the pic), lcd density is set to 160dpi and with xposed framework (xposed app settings) i'm able to use some Note 10.1 apps too, like touchwiz, contacts and phone, email, calendar, sms etc.

imo 160 dpi used by the italian devs (revengeteam) is useless for everyday use..there were some who thought so too on that board...213 dpi far better (but am no expert so jmo)
xperiacle in above came up with the mods as far as i understand it was incorporated and modified into revengeteam's rom (but think they have advanced since Jan when i moved to note 2)
DAGR8 also had this in his NOTE2 Saurom rom (on att and tmobile note2)

But please make it 230 dpi and not 160. It s just unusable at 160.

Hi xda , here i got the galaxy note S memo flashable by CWM recovery for all android devices
Please try it and give me your feedback bec i tested it on limited no. Of devices
Steps :
1-download the zip file
2-put it in your mobile memory
3-reboot into recovery
4-choose install zip from sd card
5-flash the zip
6-reboot system
All done:laugh:
Changelog :
1-initial release
1.5-some changes in the updater script
2.0-Smemo is now installed as a system app

I hadn't try it on Gingerbread device so I don't know will it work or not so I recommend you to make a nandroid backup before trying it and if you tried it plz tell me if it worked

Nice. Hey, you think you could get S-Note from the Galaxy Note 10.1 (2012) working for all devices? I'm trying to use it on my Note 3. Didn't work out when I installed snote and snoteprovider apks.

- from what ROM/Version is it?
- did you modify it and when, what did you modify to get it working without the TW-Framework? (Might be usefull for a lot of other TW-Apps...)

Ah ok, thanks man. I actually found out that the new S-Note doesn't suck so bad. The old features are just implemented and executed differently. Just gotta wait for my tablet to get its break of KK from Sammy boy.

I try adding some of the features of the 2014 version to my N8010, try adding the cam of note 3, but does not work as long as the home is closed and not let it run, developers need to copy these new functions such as Air Command , Sfinder, etc ....
If anyone knows how to do it, just do it and share the results, you need to note 10.1 2012 developers
I've installed secmyfiles2.apk from s5..later I post the instructions to do it..
