stock ics on sys1 got corrupt... Is it possible to use that stock ics fxz file and flash dem using bmm????

No. In your condition you'll need to fxz back to ICS

You can flash NUMA ICS using BMM, which is almost as good (if not better) as stock and then reinstall if you need ROMS on SYS 2 to 6

Or u can flash fxz this time and then backup the system.img using bmm and then restore it later if u mess up..

How to go back to stock rooted

I'm trying to go back to dead stock but rooted... or on nosympathys ROM... but it won't reboot after I flash it. Will just stay at a black screen until I battery pull

Did you flash a ROM or use Odin? If I Odin I believe you need to flash a kernel an suppose to factory reset aftee .

I was wondering that if i take a backup of stock ics from bootmenu recovery, will i b able to restore it from bootstrapper or CM's recovery and so on...
And how to get in respective recoveries if i have soft bricked??

How to flash AmonRa?

Recently I had flashed CWM using RomManager and rebooted into recovery mode I had soft bricked my phone.
So want to flash AmonRa please suggest me a better method to flash it.

Yes, just flash bootloaders, then recovery with os hackings tool and then you can flash a zip named superuser 3.1 arm.zip. search for the zip in google you will find it quickly and oshackings tool is here in xda
