You can try flashing it with the stock or any custom rom available out there. You can take the risk because, already you can't do anything on your device.

Do a factory reset from the recovery. Restart in the recovery mode and then do a factory rest.

i tried to root my samsung gt-s5282 (android 4.1.2) with the help of odin..
every steps that are mentioned here i tried and it complete..but after that my device is not restarting..

The phone is not responding to anything. I tried it to connect to PC but no response from the phone it is not connecting to PC.
I read many tutorials but no solution.
I was flashing it by sp flash tool, Unexpectedly it stuck at 19% and no response and now it is not doing anything.
