[APP] [Android 4.4] Screen Brightness Filter covering bottom Navigation Bar

Hi guys.
Since the update to 4.4, which introduced the transparent nav buttons background + status bar, most screen filter (brightness overlay) applications on the market have problem of covering the bottom transparent navigation buttons.
If you have a Nexus 4, Nexus 5 or Nexus 7 with 4.4 and stock launcher or new Nova beta launcher, turn on the filter make them look like this:

So I made my own overlay filter app to fix the bottom nav bar not being covered.

- added opacity control when the app is launched.
- fix bug that sometimes the filter is restarted by Android system.
- remove support for older versions of Android (now support 4.1 and up) --> app is now much smaller in size

1. the motion rom is a port from s5 mini and its setting is as same as the s5 one
just by coping and pasting it it will work without any bug or problem
so you did not ported anything

it has it working already by coping and pasting
you can say this sentence if you fixed the actual one
you just copied and pasted it and themed it by editing colors of setting
consider editing this topic and put themed motion setting

1. New font added [ Bariol ]

Icons are resized to match with ui and very less customization for better speed as theme consume ram. Let me know if you find any bug and ill try my best to solve!
How to use -
1. Extract the zip.
2. Cut/copy the stock.hwt in your HWThemes folder.
3. Apply from Theme manager.
