sorry dude. sony says no arabic on sw2.
so your only option is Augmented SmartWatch Pro or get a galaxy gear which is a piece of crap watch in my opinion.

The decision is yours. Remember one thing though. The battery life on the sw2 is better because it has a slower processor which does the job just fine. I mean it's a watch for crying out loud why would you need a 1ghz dual core that can't last more than 24 hours.
I was wanting to get the Pebble first but I had to wait for shipping whole the sw2 was available locally.
Watch some reviews on YouTube and remember to install augmented smartwatch pro if you want Arabic to work.

As far as I know, there currently is no working browser available for the SmartWatch. There are people out there working on it though. I found this app called SmartChrome (hxxp://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.rza.liveview.SmartChrome&hl=nl) that should resemble a browser but it does not show up in the list of apps once it is installed so I guess we'll have to wait until this issue gets addressed by the developer of said app.

Web browsing is tough enough on a smartphone (I have a Note II and I still find the screen too small!). Try it on your Smartwatch and you'll really appreciate your phone! But yes as the previous poster mentioned, if you must access full websites from your 1.3" 0.016 megapixel watch, WebBrowser for SmartWatch by Vaggan is the way to go.

since there is an app called Telegraph (newspaper), but that is only for the samsung second gear.

hello guys i have my sony xperia z 4g.... still on 4.3...
is it advisable to use the smartwatch 1? even my xperia z will be upgraded to 4.4 soon would it be that good for smart watch 1?
smartwatch2 is too expensive till now so im going to smartwatch 1.... is that good model.? it saw smartwatach and its beautiful and cheap but i dont know or tried it yet.... any advice guys??? tnx...

I have experience with both SW1 and SW2. Compared to SW2, SW1 is really bad.
SW2 is way better in terms of looks as well as functionality. SW2 has always on display, ability to add widgets on the watchface, custom watchfaces etc. I strongly recommend getting sw2.
I have no idea about compatibility of SW1 with new versions of android. I used it with gingerbread [emoji1]
im having issues with the price... i just saw this smart watch 1 cute... easy to attached and much big cheaper than the smart watch 2....
so id like to know its usage... features and if its advisable and worth to buy and use for my xperia Z....
I have both and agree with the other guys, the SW1 is no comparison to the 2. Besides the screen quality and the fact that you have to switch it on all the time I guess you'll be soon frustrated when you see all the apps and watch faces you cannot use because development is on the 2 now.
If money is tight save a little more and buy a SW2, the 1 is not worth it unless someone offers it to you.

How do I connect the Samsung Gear 2 Neo to my Nexus 6P?I don't want to use the Android wear port simply because I want to have calls on my watch working. I've installed the Samsung Gear app from the Google Play Store but it doesn't find my device. Please help.?
It has been stated many times all over this forum that it's not possible to synchronize a non samsung MM phone with a gear 2 running tizen. If you want to have calls on your watch you should buy a Samsung, quite simple.

I decompiled the gear manager app from the Google play store and it has a lot of strings about the gear 2. I don't understand why would they even bother about that if they don't want you to connect it to the phone...
Hy everyone! I was an android wear fanboy in every sense of the word. I had a huawei watch for 3 years, wich i still love, but it had severe burnscreen problem. Anywai i used only watchmaker app on my android devices and I became dependent of this great app. dont like gear s3 seems to big and bulkie for my taste and wrist. So i bought something special and rare gear s2 clasic platinium edition I install watchmaker on my phone again clear data and cashe and than the phone demand to install companian app and no matter what i do had this message.:

I ve got this answer from watchmaker admin :
Apologies - Samsung removed the Companion App for WatchMaker from Galaxy Apps Store.
This was due to Samsung requiring a change in our business model so that we should sell watches on the Samsung platform, as well as on Google and Apple.
We are working closely with Samsung to get this resolved as soon as possible and have already submitted a new version for Samsung to review.
Once the new version is approved, it will work exactly the same as the current version and will not force any additional purchases.
