Ladies and gents, i am presenting you the first HAL in the new official tread. Couple weeks im using the asian NB5 firmware with minimal german CSC (i think i extracted from my P605 tab). NB4, NC2, NB7.. they are all the same for me, this one got different changelog. I removed almost all Samsung apps, except the Magazine... i kind a start to like that app . The TW launcher is gone, but you can add gesture or some menu button with other launchers to start like in TW. And this time is ODEXED, it's like flashing stock (slim) firmware with Odin.. fast, stable, clear, smood....
All extra apps/mods i add them as user apps, so you can easy uninstall them

yea i am hoping to add items such as this in the future, ATM im still learning alot about all of this, i am in no way a programmer or anything i just do this for fun and to learn,
im currently reading up on porting apps and roms from other phone to be usable on this rom, as soon as i have some knowledge within this area i am hoping to be able to port apps like S6 weather to this rom

Welcome! This rom is for J500M (Brazil, Uruguay, Colombia, Chile...)
So, as you may have noticed, I'm Renato, i am a user of this device since November 2015, and i decided to create a ROM
for variant M because those available are variant F/FN (by @Force) and yet there is no 100% stable cyanogen so i decided to do this little work here and share with you. Oh, and i need a name for the ROM. Any ideas?

TW Crash Issue
Here is a workaround.
Make sure that twframework-res.apk, twframework.jar and main TW application is replaced,
and given permissions are rw-r-r(chmod 644) for apps to fuction as intended.
Also make sure that the applications you replace are deodexed!
For framework apps there's a trick to replace them, otherwise you will have an unrecoverable bootloop!
-Copy the apps you want to install to SD Card.
-Copy the apps to system else than /system/framework. (e.g /system/media).
-Give rw-r-r permissions.
-Cut and paste to /system/framework. If you don't get a bootloop by now, your apps will function.
The crash may be also due to different Android version, or different platform! (e.g if you port some apps from other than msm8916 platform, they will not fuction well).
Also maybe some libs from the other ROM will be needed.

If I may ask the OP, was it Mr. China or geiti94 who created this rom?
I have downloaded Mercana and Nemesis and both have same author.
By the way, correct me if I am wrong, both rom are based from dooola rom

no the funny thing is both are based on mine thats why they cant remove the nemesis string from build.prop or rom dont boots anymore antikang ftw
