Hello,
Accedentaly i formated everything on my TF101 B80 ! i have ClockworkMod Recovery v3.2.0.1 roach2010-tf101-r1 but i cannot mount anything neither a usb flash nor sdcard!
What can i do ?? How i can reinstall OS ?
Only thing I can suggest is format your sd card and try again.
If it CWM can't read your sd card I'm not sure what else you can do.
I do not own an sd card now.
I use a usb flash.. Is there anything i can do with the usb?
Also it cannot be mounted :S
What format i must use for the usb?
Get a microSD cwm will mount that

Problem solved with microsd card!!!
Thanks all for your help!!!
I have noticed that when I flash new roms that some of the old folders and files are still intact on my sd card (phone internal storage), is there a way to format this? I noticed under cwm recovery there is a format sd card, would this accomplish what I am wanting to do or would that format my external sd card? If so is there any disadvantages or advantages other than cleaning up some free space?
thanks in advance!

You can format it and the disadvantage is if you have anything important or that you want on it gets deleted so go through and backup important stuff pics and whatnot

One question...
I can't seem to mount my SD card in Touch Recovery... It mounts on Android perfectly fine, but can't mount in the Recovery..
Internal mounts fine.
Any ideas?

I used touch recovery before and my sd card would mount just fine, but either way you shouldn't trust sd mounting in recovery, it's been known to corrupt files.

do you have an adapter for your mini sd card? if not they should be cheap, that's the best way to go.
I can mount in touch recovery just fine, reboot the phone back into recovery and try again, agree with ^^^ about the adapter.

That's odd. I found that the Orange 4.0.1.4, as I recall, was very reliable and worked very well with backups and restores. I would suggest copying the contents of the SD card to your computer. Then I suggest running a chkdsk on your SD card. You would type the following into the command prompt (run as aministrator).
chkdsk F: /f /r /v /x
After it is done I would format the SD card as FAT32 with 32K sector size.
Then I would copy the contents that you copied off earlier back to your SD card.
I know this might not seem relevant, but at least it would take SD card corruption out of the equation. It doesn't take too long and its pretty easy to do this, you just need an SD card reader if you can't boot into your phone to mount the SD card.
If you still have the same trouble, I'm not really sure what do tell you. It seems that there is a problem with the SD card or reading the SD card. You could try to copy the contents of your SD card to another, different SD card and give it a go.

There's also a little blurb in the OP for CWM recovery that tells you a possible way around the sdcard mounting issues.

Did you try to format the sd cards : FAT; FAT32
I found a solution..it needed a factory reset to work from settings for the INTERNAL memory, and with that it worked my sd card...(yes,i had format in FAT32 a lot of times and didn't worked but thanks for the reply)
