Great widget, very useful.
One suggestion, could you add an option to exclude certain apps (such as those often at the bottom of app launchers) from showing up?
Cheers

Thank you, b631nz.
That's a very good suggestion. Actually I was thinking about this feature too, not only for avoiding duplication but also for protecting privacy. So you'll see this feature in a future version of our app.
Currently, my work mainly focuses on improving the prediction accuracy of the app. We appreciate all feedback.

CPU Monitor
CPU Monitor PRO
Find out what slows down your Android device!
CPU Monitor application shows a list of all applications with a processor by each of them. The data are collected in real time in a configurable period of time (1-10
seconds).
CPU usage is displayed on the notification area.
The application monitors all applications by default.
Compared to the application of competitive, CPU Monitor is much better, because it uses only about 1% of the CPU to work in monitoring mode in the background, and about 4-10% during standard operation.

I would judge by the time on the post it was a little early or late.
Google play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=eu.uvdb.tools.cpumonitor
Pro version (no adds): https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=eu.uvdb.tools.cpumonitorpro
Giving this a try but it seems the app itself is the biggest source of cpu usage when other apps are running and without any other apps running it averages about 36% cpu usage.
can be found here at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=eu.uvdb.tools.cpumonitor
I currently got Samsung Galaxy S with newest EHNDROIX V and Neo Kernel @1.2GHz.
I always got 98% CPU usage even if anything together is only like 20%.
I introduced a few small bug fixes and added a simple widget. Do you have any comments or suggestions what features would be useful to on widget or in application?

Option fo larger tet in the statusbar and possibly a variety of widgets; I resized the widget to 1x1 and its fine because of the placement on the screen but activating it means touching the image which resizes to be pretty tiny and the statusbar text is sort of hard.
Good app. Bought the pro version. Hopefully top doesn't end up being the most draining process.
Does this only show instantaneous CPU, or does it have the ability to log cpu use, by app, over time? Instantaneous use may not tell you much at all about which apps are really cpu hogs.
I introduced fixes for devices with Android version <3.0. I've added
- a new language: Spanish,
- the ability to automatically start application after reboot your device.
Functions of the application, you can check on the film created by xda-developers.

The new version of the application CPUMonitor.
I added new languages: Portuguese, Japanese.

Hi guys! Haven't posted here anything for a long time. It happened so that I've lost keystore and sources and wasn't able to work on updates. This was my first app for android and I didn't want it to be laggy (many people wrote this to me on market and to email) and uncomplete.
Some time ago I decided to rewrite it from scratch in my free time and today new Scheduler is on market! With total redesign and no lags (at least I don't see any). Hope you will check it. I will appreciate any feedback.
App is free and ad-free! Enjoy.

Hey, everyone!
Ubft compares the price of ridesharing apps on your phone using OCR and programmed click flows. Takes about 30 seconds to compare Uber and Lyft on my Moto G5S Plus with Android 9.0.
Save several dollars each trip running the app! (I'm currently compiling my personal savings so far, will update soon)

Requirements
Rooted device
Media storage write/read permission
Location permission
Android 7.0+
A little bit of patience
Before you download
It should work on any phone, with Uber and Lyft (and Taxi Stockholm and TaxiKurir if you're in Sweden). If you encounter any problems, please let me know the ridesharing apps you have, your phone model and country and I'll try and fix it!
Disable Superuser toast notification! Sometimes the toast is being captured by the screenshot blocking the text Ubft needs to read in order to proceed.

Version information
Status: Alpha v0.7
Created 2019-02-28
Last Updated 2019-03-13
Update v0.2
New features:
Google Places Autocomplete embedded in search
Moved results to its own page
Correct sorting of prices
You can select the app you want to enter from the result page
Update v0.3
A lot of behind the scenes improvements leading to slightly better speed and accuracy of the script. Each app takes about 30-45 seconds to process. I tried implementing https://github.com/adaptech-cz/Tesseract4Android - Tesseract 4.0 but it's slower than its ancestor https://github.com/rmtheis/tess-two so keeping that implementation.
Update v0.4
Updates:
Improved onboarding where you can set app preferences already in the onboarding
Create account function implemented. Can't do anything at the moment but suppsoed to save different trip options so you can track your savings
Increased accuracy on script (e.g. handling of when you need to "Set pickup" location
Update v0.5
Updates:
Much improved OCR scanning system. Each app takes about 30 seconds now.
Added drop-off time to the result page. Sometimes the cheapest option could be 45 minutes slower.
Vastly improved accuracy in scanning.
I feel like the app is shaping up to become pretty useful. My next feature will be to track savings so you can see how much your savings are. I'll track my own and report back here.
Update v0.6
Updates:
Custom Google autocomplete flow
Improved backend accuracy
Even faster now. Scans in about 30 seconds for both Uber and Lyft
Update v0.7
Enabled code minimization, made the app about 30% smaller to 24MB
Fixed "Set destination/Set pickup" bug with Lyft
