here it is how to install facebook home on any device

On an unsupported device? No option to activate Facebook Home?
]Don't worry, I will help you!
I've patched the Facebook application to remove the device check
how to install????????
step 1:- You need to uninstall your existing Facebook, Messenger and Home applications
(necessary because the patched versions are re-signed)
step 2:- then install the patched Facebook main app (katana) - DOWNLOAD
the patched Messenger app (orca) - DOWNLOAD
the patched Home app - DOWNLOAD
step 3:- Sign in and in the Facebook application's 'Settings' menu the Facebook Home option should appear for you!:victory::angel:
step 4:- its done jst wait for some time...
its 100% working on any device whether it is armv6 or armv7 i hav tested it on my galaxy ace 5830

Some ideas to improve cm7 performane

There are a log of app you don't need so install root browser from market and delete some app from system like next:
1. CarHomeGoogle.apk (App for using in the car, while the phone is mounted on the carholder)
2. CMStats.apk (CyanogenMod statistics)
3. CMUpdateNotify.apk (CyanogenMod update notifications. Not working without ROM Manager premium)
4. CMWallpapers.apk (CyanogenMod Wallpapers)
5. Development.apk (The development app, not needed by an average Joe)
6. DSPManager.apk (DSP Manager app. It's that equalizer app you can acces trough your music player. Eats 3megs of RAM!)
7. Email.apk (Email applications. Does NOT affect GMail)
8. GenieWidget.apk (Weather and News app and widget)
9. GoogleQuickSearchBox.apk (Google Search)
10. LiveWallpapersPicker.apk (Live Wallpapers selector)
11. PicoTts.apk (Copilot Live or Copilot GPS need this app (noted by ArthurBorsboom ). Also, might break Voice Search. Otherwise, safe to remove)
12. Protips.apk (That widget that shows up right after flashing the ROM. It even tells you that you can delete it lol)
13. RomManager.apk (DELETE DELETE DELETE!!!)
14. SoundRecorder.apk (Stock sound/voice recorder app)
15. Talk.apk (Google Talk)
16. ThemeChooser.apk (Theme Chooser. If you delete it - no themes, only the stock one!)
17. ThemeManager.apk (Theme Manager. The app that can't work without the chooser, themes your system when you apply a theme)
18. VoiceDialer.apk (Voice Dialer app. Not to be confused with Phone app)
19. VoiceSearch.apk (Google Voice Search)
20. LiveWallpapers.apk (Live Wallpapers that are included in the ROM)
21. MagicSmokeWallpapers.apk (Some wallpapers, I don't know everything)
22. VisualizationWallpapers.apk (Some wallpapers, I don't know everything)
23. SpareParts.apk (I don't know, never opened it - don't need it)
24. FM.apk (FM radio)
25. TtsService.apk (again something related to text-to-speech features. Might break Voice Search)
but with care.Is goot to back-up your data before do this.
If you're using a non-stock keyboard, you can delete LatinIME.apk
If you're using a non-stock gallery, you can delete Gallery3D.apk
If you're using a non-stock music player, you can delete Music.apk
Personal i use CrossBreeder+GodLikeTweak+s2e script
Tell yout ideas here what you use ? i will try to post some scripts combination

hi friends how can i totally remove this chrome from xperia E ? i have rooted phone also i try using root app delete but still showing me that it goes back to factory settings
also i dont need google + kiosk google play

Try deleting it with titanium backup.

Simplest method if your phone is rooted : Download link2sd app from playstore.
Select chrome from the app and click ->Actions->delete. It'll show that app will be replaced by factory settings. Click ok.
Then again click Actions -> Delete. That should remove it for good.

i deleted it via titanium backup i have just q. i need only from google store and gmail. when i connect to wifi and go to store or gmail i see that i have automatically back on phone this goole play services...
first time i remove all google app ( not store) also play services from phone and install only gmail. so why is needing this play store services ? or can i delete it via tit.backup but i am not sure that if i connect back to wifi or net it came back aaa and it has from 16MB to 33MB i think
if i install this alpha 4 CM11 i down gmail app via real app leecher latest version so i dont need install this GAPPS for android 4.4.2 package ? cos i see that there is more app not only gmail... and i need only store and gmail. i dont know if i can delete from this package for 4.4.2 all apps except store and gmail.

Google play services is essential. It updates you're apps. The problem is that google play services consumes a lot of ram. Solution is - convert it to user app and then greenify!!
I'm not really sure about the gapps part, though.

now i have android 4.1.1 A 2.23 with zues kernel i waiting for CM11 alpha 4 (KITKAT 4.4.2) so i asking which this play services i need
(i manually down latest app via apk leecher cos i dont have wifi at home and on neighborous houses is not good signal )

I believe you could remove the themes from vendor/overlay/framework, if you are not using them. If you are using any of them , then you would be in trouble.

Yes I believe you can. Go on play store and download an app called root app delete. You can do many other things like uninstall system apps. Change names, icons, etc.

Even if something goes wrong, it is very easy to push the apk back to /system, fix permissions and reboot, so go ahead!

Movable Apps [without any problems]

Unmovable Apps [You will have problems after you move them to user]
. Google Search ------------------------ [You can uninstall and reinstall it to user!]
. Google Text to Speech Engine ----- [You can uninstall and reinstall it to user!]
. Google Maps -------------------------- [You can uninstall and reinstall it to user!]
. Google Play Store -------------------- [NEVER touch this!]
. Google Play Services ----------------- [NEVER touch this!]
. SuperSU ------------------------------- [NEVER touch this!]

Can you explain me how to fix them please? =(

Just copy the apk back to /system/app and then change their permissions to match the permissions of the other apps (I can't remember what the exact permissions are) and reboot and the app will be back in system and should work fine.

How ??

If you use a root file manager there will be an option to change the permission of a file that you select. Just press and hold the file and select change permission. I use es file explorer for example.

Forget about S Health working. It won't because our device doesn't have the needed S4 sensors. Also, the gallery won't work because of a framework problem.

These three apps crash on the stock Samsung ROM, too. They won't work as these apps are ported to an S4 with S Health sensors and a suitable the framework.apk

how about S5 camera, does it work?

You should be rooted. After that just install like normal app. Otherwise, copy weather 2014.apk and daemon 2014.apk to system/app. Before moving these file to app folder, delete weather2013.apk, weather 2013.odx, daemon.apk and daemon.odx. Better keep a backup so in case of a failure you could restore these files back.
