It's possible to have jb expandible notification on ics? I really miss this feature from jb and i don't want to flash a jb rom only for this feature

I suppose the title speaks it all. I was wondering if someone could port the jelly bean notifications mod from cm10 or maybe port the stuffs from HERE. Thanks in advance.
I understand that Android JB 4.1.1 OTA has been released for WiFi Gtab2's, but those of us with VZW models are stuck at ICS 4.0.4. Would really like to make use of butter and Google Now and other JB enhancements using a semi-stock ROM. I haven't been able to find anything. What am I missing?

i own xperia u
and i have different kinds of roms like unofficial jelly bean, ics, gingerbread i want to make my own rom using these 3 rom for maximum performance because
gingerbread is working great without lags but look is not good
ics is good but it lags a little bit and want some features of jelly bean
jelly bean is good but lags very frequently
so,
is it possible to make 3 roms to make my own rom which is good for looks as well as does not lag
if yes then how?
please tell me step by step
