Recommend two players, VLC and VidOn player, they can play Blu-ray movies and they support FTP Server, Samba, UPnP, etc.

I've been using Rockplayer to play my divx, wma, mp4 video files.
However I cannot play (stream) the files on my desktop via Wifi.
I know that yxflash player has that function but it is not a free solution.
Is there a free all-in-one player that will allow me to play files on the home network?

I'm looking for a player for Android which handles an mms:// audio stream. Which one must I have? All players I tried you can't add stream url's or it's only mp3 etc. and not windows media player streams. I hope someone can help me out.

Hi ppl.
When I play MKV with SRT subs on my tablet with MX player.. it's all sweet and bells but when I try to stream with VLC Direct Pro app from my PC to my tablet, I can see and hear MKV files, but it won't stream the SRT subtitles.
Are you familiar with this?

I have just downloaded mx player to my samsung note 4. In some previous players I have been able to play a film on my phone, click on a button and stream to my xbox and other devices.
I can't see this on mx player and wonder how can I stream from this player to these devices?

Please i want to stream movies from my phone to my sony kdl ex65 tv(bought in 2012) . I'm able to stream a movie perfectly via dlna but my tv can't play subtitles. Is there any workaround to be able to play movies with subtitles without getting additional accessories or dongles ???

Mx player can play with subtitiles if video have subtitle included or you can download from subtitles from google by searching
The problem is playing the subtitles on my tv via dlna , not playing it on phone(btw i use mx player for watching on my phone)
