I bought my celkon a85 7days before...im trying to connect my phone to my asus u56 laptop but whenever i connect my phone my laptop says SPREADTRUM DRIVERS not available so help me....I can not root my device because it is not being readed by laptop so anyone could please help:crying::crying::crying:

Enable USB on-the-go functionality on xolo q800

Hi frnd...can anybody find a way to enable usb otg function in xolo q800...micromax a116 uses the same chipset and hardware as xolo q800...in micromax a116 usb otg is enabled but not in xolo q800...any help will be appreciated...thanx in advance

Unfortunately, there seems to be no easy fix to enable OTG on the XOLO Q800 at present. But you can expect Android geeks to come up with something sooner or later.

MTK Droid Tools not detecting phone

Hey everyone,
I have Qmobile Noir Z6 (rebranded from Gionee Elife S5.5) and when I connect it to my PC, mtk droid tools doesn't detect it. I have another phone called Qmobile A300 and mtk droid tools is detecting it fine, I even created and flashed a CWM recovery for Qmobile A300 using mtk droid tools. Also, I saw 3 other threads by people having gionee phones and they had the same problem too. Qmobile Noir Z6 is MTK 6592 whereas Qmobile A300 is MTK 6572. What could be the problem?

Have you installed the correct driver for Qmobile Noir Z6?

Im not sure if my drivers are installed correctly. I tried too many drivers. If I connect my QMobile A300 and go to Portable devices on PC, I see A300 but if I connect my Qmobile Z6 to PC, I only see "Qmobile" instead of "QMobile Z6". Could that be the problem? I tried installing official Z6 drivers but still no luck.

My A300 is detected by mtk droid tools but my Z6 doesn't.

Try to install driver with PDA net

I installed drivers but they do not have a signature so they don't work.

Before installing the new driver have you uninstalled the previous driver?
