Well, I have seen the guide to get cwm recovery on q700 but sp flash tool doesnt recognize my phone, it keeps on searching, please tell me soon as i am a noob.

switch off ur phone and connect to pc through usb

Swap internal sd with external on q700 check this

[Q] Install CWM in Xolo Q1000

Can anyone tell me how to install CWM in Lava Xolo Q1000 running stock JB 4.2.1?
Tried many methods..still not successful

CWM for XOLO Q1000
[BYou're gonna need SPFlash Tool (v3.1304.0.119 or later) , MTK Droid Tools (or the scatter file) , recovery.img for your phone[/B]
I have the same phone. I've gained root access only. Recovery is stock.
Procedure :
1. Extract SPFlash Tool
2. Extract The recovery.zip file* ( Recovery.img file have repeated extension > recovery.img.img .. rename it to recovery.img
3. Open SPFlash Tool
4. Click on "SCATTER LOADING" and choose MT6589_Android_scatter_emmc.txt file
5. Tick 'Recovery' and click on it to load 'recovery.img'
6. In case ur phone isn't being detected by windows, Install its drivers.
7. Turn USB Debugging on, Switch your phone off, Disconnect USB Cable
8. Hit download! and connect USB Cable and wait for the green signal on SPFlashtool.
Done.

If not does anyone know where can I find a recovery for Xolo q1000s

Do not flash things not made for your specific model as they might brick your device
javajohn has ported miui rom for the q1000s you might want to google that, he might have a soution

i flashed my micromax canvas a117 using kitkat pure rom but after flashing usb otg not detecting.i already tried otg helper,otg fix,otg mount app but cant access my otg drive.please help

Karbonn Sparkle V Firmware Flashing Issue

I'm trying to flash firmware in Karbonn Sparkle V (Android One) but it is not getting connected with computer. I installed the drivers manually in the computer but when i connect the device, the computer trying to install the device driver software again and getting failed. Can anyone help me how to solve the problem?

which drivers are required actually? i have installed, CDC, Vcom and usb driver. still no luck
