Hello. So, I was trying to install a ROM on my LG Optimus Extreme (LG L40G) using Nexus Root Toolkit and I botched it up. Now it only displays the LG logo and NOTHING I have tried works. It is permanently stuck on the logo. What software would be best for fixing this?
download stock rom if you have a cwm

Hi I installed cyanogemod 7 and i did everything and followed instructions, but when i boot my phone up, it gets stuck on the blue android on the skateboard. It goes through both lg logos but it just gets stuck after. Can anyone help please? I really dont know what to do. I have an lg optimus t if the is any help.
Sounds like you didn't load the ROM correctly. Did you use Amon RA recovery or any other method? I know that the App ROM Manager has been known to cause an incomplete install. How did you try to flash the ROM to your phone?

I rooted by P920 succesfully and then installed ROM Manager and Clockwork recovery. Both worked OK. Then I installed CyanogenMod 7 (stable build for my phone). Before installing I removed all caches and restored my phone to factory defaults.
Right now my phone i stuck on the boot animation. It loops for eternity.
I am unable to recover my original firmware using LG Tools.
I tried fastboot, but flashing bootloader and ClockWork recovery does nothing as I am back to the CM7 booting animation.
What I should do to restore original firmware (version does not matter as I can upgrade later)?
Any help would be appreciated.

I managed to make LG Flash Tool to work. After a few times phone entered download mode, so for others - try until you succeed because LG P920 makes it's own decisions...
Hi all,
Recently i flashed my LG SU-760 having gingerbread with prometheus custom rom rooted with ics stock using lg smart update.
after the smart update phone re-booted with new ICS animation logo and does not go further/ stuck at boot logo.i cannot even go into recovery mode and do hard reset.I have tried all guides but still not luck.I have tried to flash is again from download mode using lg mart update still the same result.
Anyone has a clue ?

LG G3 D850 it boots into Download Mode but not Recovery or boot past Start like boot loop. So my question if I install .tar stock file through Odin, will this get it back running?? Or is there another Serious problem? It is was running CM11 when problem happened so just boots to CM11 screen recovery is gone. Thanks if you can help me!!!
You don't use Odin with the g3........ If you search return to stock for g3 then you will ha e the answer. Flashtool it back to stock

Sorry guys, I am use to a Samsung. This is all NEW to me how to get LG out of boot loop and back to Stock. G3 is stuck of CM11 screen on boot up. Any ideas??

LG G3 D850 AT&T is stuck on the boot logo and just the LED changes color. I can't get into recovery mode or do anything else. I flashed cm13 and it went wrong. Not sure what to do. Need help
