We'll need a bit more info if we're to help you. What ROM are you running? Stock? Custom?
If I had a dollar for every time I said that, I'd be making money in a very weird way.

well first have you flashed a custom ROM or are you o n ur stock ......
next goto the system settings option on your phone scroll down to about phone and ull have all the data u need there....
post the build no kernel and android version ........

i can't setup any rom the result is always white screen

you can guide me on how to install the ROM cooked tried a lot to install copies of the Rom sites Inter Net but the result is always a white screen last a long time, and nearly two hours and I've do everything required such as ROOT and CWM
Please help me in this problem

did you wipe everything? like cache,dalvik,data?

Are you flashing the correct ROM for your variant of Ace plus??

flsh stock english firmware then flash what you want

[Q] problem after install custom rom

hello
I install cm11 on my phone but it have many bugs so I change my custom rom and it installed correctly but now I can't enter to my rom and when I press power button it going to cwm.
I wan't to flash my phone but odin can't detect my phone.
