finally found a recovery for my note 10.1 US Cellular if you need to know how to do it hit me up TWRP is the only way to do it so farbut you have to do a few tricks.
Twrp didn't work install cworkm. Then cm 10.2 nightlys email me for more info ...951stupid1 gmail.com

My friend rooted my Note4 and installed a custom ROM. The phone worked great for a while but then something happened. When I start the phone up it goes to start up loop. When I reboot to recovery it says the OS is missing. I don't have enough knowledge to solve this issue so I have to ask you if you could help me to get my phone working. I don't know what information I should give but I'm sure you know the right questions. Thanks in advance.

EDIT: I found "Nordic countries". I downloaded the version 5.1.1 / N910FXXS1PPF1 - N910FNEE1POK1 because some ppl have said the Note 4 gets very slow if the version 6.0.1 is flashed.

if you are worried how i got it this explains => i just got file name from xda in some post and replaced the file name with existed 8.1 oreo link and boom got the pie link created

Thank you. I had Mi A1 rooted with Magisk and TWRP installed. Downloaded this ROM from the link you shared to restore my phone to Stock ROM with locked bootloader. Worked perfectly fine.
My OP7 pro is at GM1910_11_H.37
