I thought most of you guys know that LG has an website URL(Sniffing of communication of LG Update client) for downloading KDZ full rom previously
e.g.
http://csmg.lgmobile.com:9002/csmg/b2c/client/auth_model_check2.jsp?esn=
esn is your IMIE number, then we can get the required KDZ file
Unfortunately it seems to me that is is no longer working now.... up to this moment I only see F350 is released in TOT image.
TOT is basically in disk image combined in a big file,as it need special tool "LGFlashTool" with specific DLL for each model.
KDZ is essentially encrypted and compressed for general authorized repairer - which using "R&D Test Tool"
Is there anyone know where is the new URL for KDZ ?

There should be a line in the middle of the screen with <sw_url> and there is the link you have to open to download your .kdz file.

I've looked and looked and couldn't get a link to the v21f baseband.
So I decided to extract it myself.
Here is the link:

The v21f .kdz is quite recent, from early November.
I use v21e, did not know about v21f if that one is newer would like to try it maybe that can solve my phone-shut-down problem.

you can try extract it from kdz file.
I never attempted that before, hence why I was asking.
If no one has it with him, I will read and try to do it.

Nope, you can just flash the .fls separately using the LGFlashTool. Just look for the guide in this section.
All .fls flashes show an error around 27% in the flash process, but that is normal behavior. I changed countless times my basebands.

last night i tried to instal by lgflashtool but it gave error at the beginning of the proces not %27. i will try again tonight.

could not install via KDZ updater, so extracted .BIN and .FLS files and updated through the LG FLASH TOOL! Rooted with Megatron.

Got notice of system update just now, and finished downloading, but when I pressed update, and Moto G rebooted, showed "system updating" for a while, and then, tell me system update failed. I have not idea what is going on?
I unlocked and rooted it, is that the reason?
How to fix that?
Please help.

Same for me, unlocked and rooted, update failed. Restore original factory image, let it set up and update, then root once on 4.4.

The Bootloader status is not important! You only need to flash you original 4.3 firmware and not modify it at all (Root and so on) in order for the OTA to be successful.
Already update to 4.4.2, not very difficult!

I would assume you could get it direct from TOT (it is a mobile phone operator?). Otherwise you could also try (1) flash an older version and use the OTA process (if available) or (2) go with standard Google factory images (you can download them from Google's website).

It was only my assumption, but TOT is a mobile provider here in Thailand but I am not even sure that they got the N5 as device.

Lollipop 5.01 update
Will the CF-Auto Root for Canadian models work for this one?
Was able to install via ODIN, upgraded to 5.01, and was able to downgrade back to 4.4.2 via ODIN as well. CF-Auto-root works fine for 5.0.1. It has multi-csc as well.
I was on Goldeneye 51 and decided to Odin the Bell OC4 release in order to update the modem and provide a solid firmware base for Lollipop. I did not find that my version of CF root worked but did re-root by using Odin to flash Philz recovery and then flashing a zip for SuperuserSU 2.4.6 once the custom recovery was in place.
Now I shall wait for the next version of Goldeneye and install after using the vanilla version of the firmware while waiting.
Can you guys please upload to a better file server like Mega? I just spent 7 hours getting 80% from Rapidgator and then it stalled and died.
Anyone knows if the OTA update erase anything on the phone or it just kinda do a ''dirty flash''. I imagine it wouldn't do anything to the sd card but will the data on the device storage be affected?

No Problem! I think you will be happy with this release. Best official firmware for the S4 yet. Much smoother then 4.4.2 and the added features of lollipop are great.

It is strange, there is european version in our country as i know, but if i choose my country and "Smart Phones" category in the support page i cant find my device's page. However, it is right for some european countries... For "Spain" it is fine, for example.

I did the same, i am in the UK and i installed the file from Spain's server. Did you find the US update file?
