That is for the True Ancestor rom which is GSM only. Flashing this will likely cause your phone to bootloop at the least or at most a nandroid restore

Adobe Flash is not support on JB, you need to install it manually and it will work fine....

Seems to bee a connectivity issue. Obtain the apk of the flash player from the web and try side loading it. Don't forget to enable unknown sources in settings> applications

this is only work on monster rom

this is working on my SGC GT-i8262, Stock ROM ODEX.

How to install it? I have no bootanimation.zip
