Here's the famous MiFavor Launcher from ZTE! This is version 1.8.2! I have tried this on several different devices and it worked without a problem!
Features:
-Sorting apps by time installed, top hit and alphabetical.
-Change the order of the apps by your choise
-Hide apps from app drawer (most launchers have this feature locked and payment is required to unlock)
-Multiple screen switching animations
-Organize and remove pages from homescreen
-Change homescreen and lockscreen wallpaper separately
-Change phone and notification ringtone separately
Installation:
1. If your handset is rooted it is recomended to copy "Launcher2.apk" to root/system/app
because some functions may not work if it's not installed as system app
2. If your handset isn't rooted install as normal .apk but you may face problems because it's not a system apk

This is a stock ZTE app so that may be the problem as well. However it worked on my friends Galaxy SII I9100, and my brothers Alcatel One Touch Idol 6030x. I will read some guides and I'll see what can I do to make this launcher available for all devices!

dont use art , but it could be the problem that its not for 4.4.2 , if u took the app from any android version above 4.4.2 that means u will not be able to use them on 4.4.2 , so which android version was the app in?
if it was an android version above 4.4.2 that would ingest u have to port it to 4.4.2 all other android versions above that are most likely included.

Yes, as mentioned before, this app cannot work on android above 4.1.2 since the newer versions wherent invented at this point.
Have fun and thanks for the share, 2suggestions, write in op it works for 4.1.2 and below and please write a installation instruction, makes it easier for others.

older versions should work , only newer since if u program an app u have to choose the platforms u want to have it work, u could take a look at the android studio , load the app into that and look if u can implement the new 4.4.2 thing, im a noob myselfe so i cannot fully exlain what i mean...

Yes it can hide apps! In the app drawer, tap Edit then tap Hide apps hide the apps you don't want and save the changes you did!

Could both of you use a root explorer and check to see if the apk is in /system/app please?
Man somehow I lost this app from my note and have been searching all day to find it and found the thread again finally.!

Palm rejection is not working very well sometimes.

Also it work on my favorite ROM - [ROM]KINGDROID ELEGANCE DELUXE v7.0.0[LC1]and KINGDROID NOTEMANIA.ES EDITION online..
But I install repack by NGP. It include only russian and english language.

one thing made me Julius from s4 owner it is the smart control in video player just wave whilea video is playing it stops
wave back it will play - made me feel like a magician -
so i saw an Rom in s II fourm (ice cold rom by black_prince dont forget to thank him) have an video player that have smart control , i extract the video player from it and installed it on my note and worked :cyclops:
and i made a flashable zip for it on drive
installation :
- flash this zip by CWM
- reboot
- you will find 2 new icon
- open gallery
- then go to setting
- enable smart control
- go to the main gallery
- open any video then choose video player its icon look like aosp icon
- have fun :good:
this will be my last Mod before exam but in summer vacation i will be back

it was my mistake mate. I thought it's the same feature which has included in S4 called Smart Pause based on eye detection..
But this mod is not the "Smart Pause" i guess

Now that the S4 has Kit Kat and Emoji, you've probably noticed that the emoji are different from the Google and IOS ones.
This is because these new kit kat emoji found in recent firmware from Samsung and not from Google. So now Samsung created their own emoji and will put them in their kit kat firmwares for the next devices and updates.

If you want to have the original emojis from Google or IOS and not the ones from Samsung, there's a way to do it if you have root.
- First of all, do a Nandroid backup (it is always useful to have a recent one)
- Now copy the font in the respective attachment to /system/fonts/ and replace the one inside. (root explorer is recommended for this)
- Change the permissions of the font file to rw-r--r--
- Reboot the device
Voilá!
If at anytime you want the to change back, just make the above process again, now with the file from the other rar files attached here.

I think it doesn't work on lower versions <=4.4.
Also I think it only works on Samsung based roms.
anyway, after a backup, you could give it a try.
It didn't work for me. I flashed like you explain the Google's emoji and now I don't have anything ... All my smiley are space ! I tried to go back but the same happened. I have the i9505 variant with omega 21 based on stock kit kat.

I don't think so. Kit Kat introduced some major changes, and it was related to fonts and emoji too.

I haven't been able to test it on GE.
This is just a font replacer, i think it won't harm to try it.
Just do a backup before.

Before of all, I want to give thanks to Mujeeb64 for his thread, in which I have been participating all this time since MIUI launched the V6 version.
But I think is better to try a new one where we can post directly all our new mods in this great rom.
Thanks also, to all people who colaborate whatever they can, I mean, newbies, members, senior members and all administrators of XDA.
This thread pretends to give all people another way to enjoy the official versions coming from China, from the hands of Bhflower and Wonitor's . They are the real creators of this rom, and this is for us our great base for doing something else different, or more adapted to our culture.
That means one modded version without some chinese apps deleted, because we found it unuseful ( may be there they really are). Many hours spent translating some apps who still came with chineses characters ( over all in our language-spanish) and in other languages.
Other difference respect chineses versions, are that the Google Apps ( Gapps) are included inside the rom, so, there' s no need to restart and install from recovery.
And finally, we have another new features recently added and ported from famous AOSP roms like Mokee or Pacman. We reallly apreciate their work.
In addition, with every weekly rom, we include som apps from Play Store and other free sorces, that we consider they are useful, like Titanium Backup, Ad-aware, Weather-BZ, and some Samsung's stock files, because many people ask for them.
We are open to your suggestions, so as soon as we can, we will try to implement some useful mods, depending of the original roms.
Thanks finally, to my companion, Atrankas, which without his hard work, this great rom would'nt be the same.
HOW TO INSTALL.
From Philz Recovery:
Clean ⦁ data reset / Factory - "Clean to install a new ROM".
Wipe Cache partition ⦁
⦁ Advanced - "Wipe Dalvik cache"
⦁ Power Options ---- Reboot Recovery
. Install zip from extSdcard.
DOWNLOADS:

Not still, but we're working on it. Be patience. Is not easy, it requires a lot of changes inside the framework.

Yeah, I apologise. Not being impatient or anything, I just don't like the open music app. Either way, Thank you very much.
Now that I've seen your home screen layout I'm starting to like this version. Might try it out maybe in a hour and report back

I'm on lollipop bootloader (BOD5). Don't forget to make a nandroid backup from recovery first.

We think that the music app (and the widget on lockscreen when the music is playing) can be more than enough to control it. So, next release will come without controllers for music on toggles tab. If you can't wait, pm [emoji1]

I dirty flash it and Everything went smooth.Xposed took a work around to finally work,but in the end all is good.

and then I installed CWM recovery
what do i have to do to install Miui on my device? just Wipe everything and flash the rom?

Seems to be the perfect rom, as fix to spen input and rom control both present.
just two questions:
1. Is the smart select saving to scrapbook still gives force close
2. Is the spen button working to drag-and-select images in gallery, also air command can be launched by spen button??
EDIT: (UPDATES about 5.2)
None of the above issues anymore (spen button still not working) It's the best version till now, installed xposed all butter smooth

yes, you can dirty flash it on aurora 4.3, i did the same. all good till now, but i would recommend to have a clean flash to get everything smooth and best battery.
