[Q] How to root Gemei HD8900 Tablet

Anyone kwon how to root the Gemei HD8900 5" Tablet?
I had it almost 2 years but no sucess in root it. Any help are welcome.
I updated the stock rom to Android 2.2.2, but nothing more.

I just bought a GSmart Arty A3 running Android 4.4.2 and I don't know how to root this model. Framaroot did not work for me, nor did Poot, Towelroot or Root Master. Is there any way I can root this phone (preferably without the use of a computer)?

So, I have a brand new Myphone MY33 that i wish to root but I'm not sure which app to use or how as i can't find a guide. I recently had a cloudfone thrill 450q that i managed to root a few years back with some unknown chinese-language root software but i can't seem to find it. What's the most reliable way to root it and how easy would it be to brick this device. I've heard about using Framaroot or Kincoroot or a few others but I want to make sure that it won't brick the device first.
OS: Lollipop 5.1.
Kernel Version: 3.10.72 [email protected] #2
Build Number: ALPS.L1.MP6.V2.15.2_P25
Custom Build Version: S5420AP_MY33_20151016_V1.09
Processor: Mediatek MT6592 Octacore Cortex-A7 w/ Mali450-MP4 GPU

How do you get the recovery.img? Should I use CWM or backup...
