This is my first app on Google Play and it is for my own need, to access dictionary while surfing browser or quickly switch on the flashlight. Yes, there are some great apps on Google Play but for practicing myself on Android so the app is developed......Hope you all like
This tool is very small and easy to use while you want to quickly access another app and give you some features
- Customize the bar, including color, size, w/o text, location, opacity, shortcut order
- Add any app shortcut on your phone with searching
- Also integrated few useful quick settings, Wifi switcher, back to Home shortcut, Lockscreen

[APP] Multi Window Manager (Phone)

I just finished updating this for Kit Kat, so I figured I'd post it
It's your typical "enable multi-window for any app" app with a few extra bells and whistles for the donate version. I don't really like mods that enable every single app because it gets messy and lags the tray out pretty bad, so I made this to let you pick and choose which ones to enable. This is still a WIP, so feel free to give suggestions / bug reports.
Create shortcuts to launch 2 apps in windowed mode at the same time
Create shortcuts to launch any app in windowed mode...the point of this being that it allows you to use 3rd party side bar launchers such as GloveBox, SwipePad, etc. in place of the stock flashbar
Launch 2 instances of the same app...some apps don't work. most browsers don't (4.4 samsung browser does by default)
Backup/Restore your enabled apps list
Auto enable newly installed apps
Inverted (Black) flashbar theme
Remove icon labels from the flashbar

How to
Pinning apps to main screen - to pin app to main screen, long press app icon in app drawer. You can pin up to 8 apps, and they are sorted by order you pinned them.
Unpinning apps - to unpin app, long press app icon on main screen. When all apps are unpinned, main screen will show first 8 apps from all apps list.

Great app, I've been enjoying it. Would it be possible to include an option to switch on contacts search as well (similar to App Dialer Pro)? I find that feature useful as well. I also made this feature request in the google+ community.
