I want to change icons of HTC ONE X. Mine is rooted and on custom firmware. I particularly looking for Galaxy SIII or SII icon pack and how to change it.
You can apply icon packs through most third party launchers, I'm running Nova Prime and it supports icon packs, although I haven't used them. It also lets you change icons individually on the home screens and docks. It will accept Go launcher and ADW launcher icon packs from the market.

Hello there, is it possible to create a launcher app of the Galaxy S6/ S7 touchwiz without needing to fix permissions. I'm talking about a non-rooted phone! Or a Lollipop launcher modified to the galaxy app icons, animations, and features. Is it possible ??

How about using the "wallpapers and themes" option/app, search for "material" or "pixel" under the icons section? Or under the themes section if you want an entire stockish theme for the Samsung launcher.
I have Samsung j7 16 with naugat 7.0 it runs on touchwiz launcher anyway, i like touchwiz and i wanted to change the icons using icon pack and individually chang the icons that didnt change automatically. But i couldnt find a way so l downloaded nova launcher and it worked BUT i cant custom arrange the apps order .is ther a way or a launcher that can change the app icons AND custom arrange? I tried many launchers so far but all come with one of these features only
