Xperia Sola Rom flash help needed.

I currently have pureblood v2 on my xperia sola
Somehow it's lagging alot, it freezes most of the time, and I'd like to switch to this rom:

Can you please give me detailed instructions on how to flash it?
I have Munjeni's v5 kernel cwm btw

i have cm 9.1 installed in my xperia arc with unlocked bootloader now i want xperia ultimate hd theme in my phone
i followed the instructions in the thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1920207 but after finishing all the steps and after rebooting free xperia comes written and the screen just goes black
please help how can i install xperia ultimate hd

Z fusion build 2 on Xperia J

Hi everybody, here is my problem I have just install the build z fusion v 2 but the problem is that my ad card is not detected even when I want to install the ad fix in the recovery it's say " can't find ad fix, installation aborded" and it's the same thing for the boot animation

i rooted my sony xperia l before but when i rooted it to 4.4.4 my phone went blank..it wont turn on neither will it charge..it shows red light when i put it on charging but it gets stuck on that even if i put it on charging for hours..i dont have warranty so i need your help..i cant spend much cash either..my friend tells me i have bricked my phone and i can find help here..PLEASE HELP ME!!!!:crying::crying:

When it comes to Rooting, please review [XL] [Root]Guide: Rooting Xperia L (C2104, C2105)
To get you out of current state, please review [Collection] Stock firmwares for Xperia L C2104/5
so that you may re-flash your current firmware again.

[Completed] [Q] flashing doomkernel v09 on xperia z ultra 4.4.4

I have boot into recovery and flash doomkernel v-09 from my sd card of my xperia z ultra c6833 4.4.4 and then reboot syustem and now my xperia is not restarting.
please help me!!!

Thanks for using XDA Assist If its not booting then you have to reset your device or flashing stock kernel back inorder to boot your device if none works then you may have to flash stock rom back
