I have been away from the forums for about 6 months. I'm on clean rom I believe. I want to upgrade but it keeps failing on new roms. What am I missing? I tried to read up but I'm learning disabled and can't figure it out. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Here is a picture of my phone

Ok I'm trying to. I used to use ez recovery but it doesn't have updated twrp. I don't have a computer at my disposal. Any easy way to update it?

My TB is rooted and some how it says there is an ongoing update, "downloading firmware", Is this possible and if so how and why, apologies in advance for my ignorance??

If you update ota you lose root. The radio and rom updates are posted in development section. Flash radio through hbot and rom through cwr.

If you're running a rooted STOCK ROM then you will still get the pushed update.

My girlfriend just got a LG thrill 4g and I've been trying to root it for her and have had no luck. I've used various methods and software to do this all with no luck in rooting the device. Can someone offer any help on this? I cannot seem to understand what's going on with it.

I've finally rooted the darn phone using super one click but now I'm having all kinds of trouble finding a new rom where I don't have to change basebands and still have 3d capabilities. All the links I go to takes me to some bogus ilivid downloader link or is broken. Been really wanting the thriller or thrill seeker roms....even the doomed froyo one but still no luck.

A very solid ROM here folks. I've been running it for months and having a hard time finding bugs. It's that solid. Ran it on my d2lte and now running it on my hammerhead. I promise you won't be disappointed.

There is nothing unique about that Odin Mode. I've the same exact thing on my N3. And welcome to what N3 users have been going thru since it was released. No BL exploit for N3 yet
Bummer then. I have developer note 3. Kinda bypassed all that with the note 3.
