It seems, based on my past experiences with custom roms, that you flashed an incompatible rom to your phone, causing the loop.
The room might say it successfully installed in recovery but more often then not the rom itself is to blame.
Try a different rom and if you are able to boot your phone from it, there's your answer.
Good luck!

Hi! I am on Xtresolite ROM & arter's amazing kernel..
Today I was using my phone normally and had not tweaked anything.. All of a sudden, it started getting stuck at various occasions.. I restarted my phone.. It was still running slow and it had a persistent message of "Unfortunately SHealth stopped working". I managed to disable the app and it seemed to work fine.. After a while it got stuck again and I tried to restart and ever since it has been stuck on Samsung splash screen..
I tried wiping cache/dalvik, disabling xposed but nothing seems to respond..
Any help is appreciated.

Try you flash it with a stock rom?
Hello, Today while I was surfing the net suddenly my Note froze, restarted itself and from that moment is stuck in the Note 10.1 logo and refuses to boot to the OS. I tried flashing the stock rom via oding. The odin says pass but nothing happens.... Still stuck on the logo. I tried wiping the device via CWR but when ti says erasing sdcard(the internal memory) it crashes and restarts itself!! Please give a solution as I think it is bricked for good.(I had rooted the device but it had no custom rom or any other kernel.all stocks)

Idk if that thread said this but I solved a similar problem by going into recovery mode and doing a factory reset (wipe data etc)
