okay ever since they pushed the patch(kk) for the moto g my WiFi has randomly turned on
anybody else had this problem PR is it just me ?

If you had read anything at all you would realize this is common occurrence on cm10.1 based roms.
Reboot until the apns load.

Same thing happened to me. Actually, first boot when installing orthus 9 had signal. Had to reboot and lost signal. Rebooted again and it was back.
