[Q] How to record in full screen? - Transformer TF300T Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi. I have a question.
I have been recording my android screen when playing games for videos and because my tablet has 1280x800 resolution and has that nav. bar on the bottom, my videos have black bars on the side (in 720p).
But I just noticed something, for some reason when recording some sort of movie, it records in full screen even though that nav. bar is still on the bottom of the screen.
For example look here at 4:25 minutes:
youtube.com/watch?v=PLb860iD3g0
It was recorded just like the rest of my content but that movie in the game recorded in full screen even though the nav. bar was on the bottom on my tablet screen and the actual game recorded the same way with the black bars on the side. Why did the movie record in fullscreen like that and how can I get the game to record in full screen like that?
Thanks.

So you don't want the nav bars to show up when recording a movie?

Sorry, I meant I don't want the nav bar to show up in the recorded game footage.
When my tablet records a movie, the nav bars don't appear in the recorded video
but when my tablet records a game, the nav bars do show up in the recorded video.
The nav bar is on my tablet screen when recording both but the video outcome is different when recording a movie vs a game. So I was wondering how do I make my tablet record a game as though it were recording a movie?

[SUGGESTION for MOD] Fix video orientation while recording

One thing that has really pissed me off forever, is when people post videos on YouTube or wherever, but which were recorded incorrectly. By "incorrectly" I mean in portrait. Nothing looks worse than watching a narrow ass video with two fat black bars on either side of it, wasting space, and wasting my time watching a crappy video that would have been cool if the person recording the damn thing just turned their phone 90 degrees...
What I propose is a MOD to the camera app which includes a toggled feature to record videos in landscape, regardless of the device orientation. In other words, while the feature is toggled on, even if the user is holding the camera in a portrait position, the video being recorded will still be in landscape.
By doing this, users can still benefit from the comfort of holding their devices in portrait (because it IS easier to hold that way, especially when you're going one-handed), while recording videos which will show up properly during playback in landscape.

Rotating phone while recording video

hey guys so if me, by mistake start recording a video on vertical and then change it to horizontal the whole video gets distorted. I know there is a program to lock the video either on vertical or horizontal. But the truth is i wanna keep using my cyanogen cam.
This happened me in the past in my s2 and now on my OnePlus the same...
So, sometimes my camara is not even on vertical or at least i don't think so, yet it gets distorted because it's probably not really on horizontal so then it forces a vertical video on horizontal which gets me a shrinkd distorted video. Are there tips to stop this?
does menu screan lok not work?

Horizontal, widescreen in youtube, cuts a little part of the picture

When watching videos on widescreen mode, a little part of the down side of the video remains hidden...it cuts it off.
Do you know how to fix this... ?

Subtitles Issue

Hi, I have POCO X4, and I have strange issue with subtitles. On full screen, when control bar is hiden (play, next etc.) Subtitles are not perfectly centered, they goes little bit to the right. When I click on the screen and control bar is showing than subtitles are centered. When I set compability with android 4.0 subtitles seems fine, but whole picture goes to the right, like it cutting off notch. See attatchments.
