If the phone has been factory reset then you can't do anything about it unless you ask the cell company to block the IMEI or pass the details on to the police.

Hello friends.. Recently i buy used samsung nexus from the market.. While using i apply pattern lock.. But due to my brother bcz he draw wrong lock pattern 10 times.. The cell phone is now blocked and asking for google account.. I also visit different mobile shops but the problem is that there is a korean software in that mobile.. They dnt have the korean software for my mobile.. Kindly help me...
Sounds like a very cliche story for a stolen phone as I'm sure someone wouldn't leave their google account on it...lol

Wait the time limit, then have him out the correct code. Or contact the seller of the phone to help.

if you flash the bootloader you will lose everything on the entire phone!! SD partition data, user data, system data, etc! if you want to keep you sd partition data then don't flash the bootloader.
flashing the system with odin will wipe the phone's system and data partitions...it'll basically reset it to stock and format everything.

ok I run a repair shop dealing with electronics and i have a sph-d720 with pattern lock on it and the owner can't remember there user name or password for the account but would like to keep there pictures and videos before getting rid of the phone ????? Is there a way to force the phone to unlock to save there pics?
i've tried a few things but and having some issues with getting adb to work also they didn't turn on the usb debugging
have tried the Google_Nexus_4_ToolKit_v2.0.0 (free version) and several adb unlock codes through the cmd with no luck

The process seem okay and everything was done according to the instruction but after I've entered my sim card there is no network connection. It does recognise that I have a sim in the device but it have no signal. I have tried factory reset and cleaning the user data and chache but still no result.

Who is your service through? Maybe that you have to contact your service provider and have them re-activate the phone.

Possibly you've lost your IMEI, Check dialing *#06#.

EFS/IMEI is the "identity" of your phone and each phone has one imei.. if you lost it by flashing your phone you can only use your phone without network.. please make sure that you make an efs backup in the future.. but how it looks you have not lost your imei

You must have an IMEI Sticker on the back of your phone, look if both IMEIs are similar

PROBLEM : im Blocked on my game apps to buy some stuff, my phone is in blacklisted . even im using VPN. the only way is to use different device , when i used another device with the same account on my cellphone , it worked. so the solution is to use another cellphone , but i cant afford to buy new devices.
Im just wondering what application should i use to detect that my phone is a new device , do i need to use " change id device " stuff on playstore , do i need to change the mac address of my cellphone or my IMEI ?
please help me. and lastly when an in-app game blocking a device, what are the info they blocking does the ip , imei or device id or what ?
my phone is rooted will i solve my problem without changing device ?

It uses your device ID and IMEI. Changing the IMEI is illegal. So you will not find any help here on changing that. If you are blocked then you may want to think why they blocked you and then do what you have to do to get unblocked. They normally only block people if you are found to be using cracked software, if that is the case then you are out of luck.

Try factory reset, if that doesn't work re-install firmware with Samsung smart switch. Just make sure it's not your SIM card the dead first!

My card still working i try it in other phone , hoe can i do a re install with samsung smart switch ?
Install it on your computer,connect Phone and select recover device or what ever. I haven't had to use it. Google a guide if you need it

I just finished installing a new firmeware by odin , i said maybe it works but it still the same , so must i do it with samsung smart switch ? Is it better ?
Give it a shot. It might also be hardware related aswell but i doubt it. Do you have any other SIM you can try in the device?

I am having null IMEI issue with my ROG5 and Network is not working
Now I don't have any backup unfortunately which is worse ( I have had this experience with the Samsungs before and their only hope was EFS backup, i am not sure how it is for ROG's)
I have noticed many people experiencing the same after converting the ROM unfortunately don't have the box with them , good thing is I have my phones box with me is there a way that I can repair my phone to its working factory state
I don't have access/option of those premium boxes for repair in my city, is there a way that I could repair it myself instead of falling for scam paying somewhere thanks I'm advance help appreciated

I looked that thread up, that apparently is a fix for devices stuck in EDL mode, My device is booted & functioning properly other than no IMEI display in dialer *#06# and Sim/Network not working
Does your fingerprint reader work? That would be surprising, like hundreds of users on Zentalk who have an HS SIM, it is the disconnected cable that is in question and that manages both (SIM and Reader footprint).
