PAC ROMs are not yet available for us, and are notoriously slow.. But if you want a "feature packed" rom , Bam has a KitKat ROM... Also terribly slow..

Stop all these stupid questions.
If you help with the development of the current builds and when it ends they will start cm 11.
If you are impatient. Build it by yourself

This doesn't work. I read somewhere that requesting on the forum doesn't work as there are man many other requests.

Not only by making request we can get CM, but we have to make sure that some dev with good development skills shows interest on our device.

It's not. This device is done in Samsung's view. But there are quite a few custom ROM's based on 4.4...

I don't know about that. I've flashed Mokee, Slim, Omni, and now Sensonic and all are stable for me. But to each his own. I would be really surprised if an official update came from Sammy, the device is old (in the tech-world) and that's how it is. Sorry your experience with customs isn't stellar...

No such thing as best. It comes down to personal preference. I look for stability and good battery life and therefore using aosp Temasek unofficial cm11 v50.1 and temasek kernel.
XDA is a great source with loads of info that can help you find what suits your needs.

For great performance and battery life and minimum risk in installations which one to choose

No. You have to port the ROM first.
Look around, I'm sure there are other great Custom-ROMs for your Xperia device
Another thing to think of with the custom rom is that it supports your carriers drivers. Whats the good of a custom rom if your data doesn't work.
