The main point of this app is being completely customizable with a great user experience for tracking user’s diet, gym workout and measures. For example, for diet, 4Fitting2 Fitness app is a powerful tool that allows the user to manually add foods and provide them to the desired meal of the day. So for example, the user can add "hamburger and fries" and specify its calories, proteins, carbohydrates and fats for the user’s quickest way to track the diet

Free App for Android. Easy to use and complete regarding it is an all in one. You can track your workout and diet.
Exercises and food database is not so extense but the app allows to created customized exercises for routines and customized food (great for example for protein shakes). It calculates body fat and have complete statistics with graphs (body measures too). I've been using it for 2 weeks now

A bit about how the app came to be:
I'm a web developer and frequent gym-goer. I've used many gym tracking apps previously and couldn't find something that quite fits my needs. I wanted something really simple and that I could easily visualize my progress. So during the pandemic stay-at-home, I decided to build this Progressive Web App in the way that I think a gym logger app should work. It's still under constant development by a one-man team (me), but I'm very motivated to keep adding more useful features. Google actually makes it quite easy to 'port' a PWA to an android app. Basically, the app just runs as Trusted Web Activity of the website itself https://myworkinprogress.app. But thanks to it being a PWA, the app is also available offline (although unfortunately when offline you are only able to see content but not able to make logs, workouts, etc, anything, FOR NOW).
