I've tried a factory data reset, rebooting, uninstalling updates, clearing cache, resetting app preferences, and nothing will work.

If I pushed all my apps to system apps via adb(assuming that there is enough internal space) and I factory reseted it, will the apps still be there? and the system apps that i removed via titanm back up will not be there after the factory reset rite? srry if this is a noob qn. Any help would be appreciated!!
It wipes the data & cache partitions. The apps will all be there but any data/ accounts would have to be reentered.

Ok i just wanna check; that means if install a game like angry birds and play for a while and then push it to system apps via adb, after factory resetting the phone the app will still be there but the saved game data would be gone? factory resetting only wipes data and cache partitions? that means that non system apps in internal memory will be gone after factory resetting rite?? thx for time!!
After flashing the transparent Google play store app. Sometimes it is working after that it is showing no connection. And out will be like that for ever. Is Rhett any solution. I tried clearing data, cache, dalvik cache, rebooted device but no result
Sent from my GT-P3100 using xda app-developers app
Never mind, clearing app cache & data finally worked.
A few months ago, I took a few long videos at a concert on my Moto G, and now I go to delete them, and it shows the Deleting window and everything, but when I reboot my phone, they all come back! I tried deleting them with a File Manager from the Play Store, but it just says "Operation failed." I've also tried clearing the cache of the whole phone in recovery, clearing app data for Gallery, I tried everything I could do without factory reset. Please help! I don't want to factory reset.
How do I delete them???

Do you have root access?
If you do, install a terminal emulator and then you can run fsck or the f2fs utility on /data to correct any errors that may be present in the filesystem.
If no root, then I guess the factory reset is your friend.
I'm having issues with this where it thinks ten apps are on but its only showing 9 but I can't find the app to delete its cache to reset?
