Now for google play's version (0.7.0) flashlight and proximity sensor are mandatory, so it is not shown for Tablet Z (has not sensor) and Z Ultra (no flash). In new version (0.8.0) these features are not mandatory, so when I'll upload new version to google play, both devices will be supported. But before that I need some feedback for these devices.

Hmm on Official Sony Xperia Camera App, there is no 8Mp it's 7MP (3104x2328) And there is a 16:9 resolution with 5Mp (3104x1746)

So no 6MP?
PS. May be 8mp is available when camera is not in "Superior auto" an "HDR" modes? Can you try?
Please post here all resolutions in NORMAL (non auto and HDR mode), to add them in next release

So mistake by me, no 6Mp for 16:9
So:
8Mp 3264x2448 (4:3)
5Mp 3104x1746 (16:9)
2Mp 1632x1224 (4:3)
2Mp 1920x1080 (16:9)
VGA 640x480 (4:3)

Hello Z1 users.
Check out new version of Aqua Camera. The app uses proximity sensor to take photos underwater. I know that Z1 has dedicated button, but still there are many users of this app on google play, so maybe there is a reason for that
In last version I have added "fake" 16mp wide 16:9 photo size for Xperia Z1, similar to Z2. Fake, because 16mp is not supported by Z1 system, so it actually works by showing wide preview, taking 21mp photo and cropping it to wide 16. It may work little bit slower than other resolutions, that are supported by system, but still it works. Actually feature was requested by users.

I didn't understand your question. It just detects that your finger in front of the sensor, and waiting some time (configurable in settings) triggers capture.

Hi AGGevorgyan!
May I suggest an option to toggle the use of the proximity for either taking a photo or switching the cameras?
For example.. If a Z1 User is underwater, they have no way of switching the camera for a selfie... and then switch back to the back camera for fish photos!
What do you think of the idea?

I have an xperia z3, my problem is when I take pictures with the active flash there is like a blur at the bottom of the photo
I have Sony Xperia Xz. I want when i take selfie the photo to be same after shot .I want the text to show up backward.The phone has not this options so can you tell me how with root i can change this options.I don't want use other app!
After searching for days I found APK of Google camera which enables portrait mode on back camera of zuk Z2. It is really a nice bokeh effect. The camera has all the latest Google features like hdr, HDR + enhanced,face retouch etc.
The default camera is not good on zuk Z2 however while using this APK using HDR Plus really gives a nice image quality on zuk Z2. Does camera supports all the oreo ROMs.
Soon I'll be giving you guys the APK with support supported mode on both cameras tell then please use this camera.
